No MMS or data! (Help) - LG V10 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hey guys.
So my V10 is originally from T-Mobile. It is factory unlocked. I have a Cricket sim card in right now and I can make calls, receive texts, send texts, and receive calls. But for some odd reason I don't have access to mobile data and MMS. I tried setting up an APN or what have you. But that has gotten me nowhere. Also tried to contact Cricket directly but to no avail. Any help would be great.

MMS Problem

Hey Everyone!!! Just got my I-9300 in today, and shortly after, a second FedEx truck arrived with my Straight Talk Sim card.....activated my phone, and everything is working...phone calls, outbound texts, incoming calls, you name it. EXCEPT MMS. I am getting MMS, both texts and picture messages from all phones that AREN'T verizon, and I just ported my number over from Verizon today.....is this normal? Why would I be able to only receive texts and picture messages from non-verizon phones? Any solutions?
Thanks

[Q] Is there a way to autoconnect/disconnect data when sending/recieving an MMS?

In all of my old non-Android phones whenever i was sending or recieving an MMS, the phone would automattically turn on data then download/upload the messege and turn off data. I don't seem to be able to that with my SGS2.
I can send MMS only when data is on and it won't turn on automattically and when i recieve an mms i have a download button on the messege so when i turn on data, I can download the messege.
I've tried installing external apps from Google Play like go SMS and several others to no avail. tried searching for a solution with my carrier, and in this forum...perhaps I missed something, tried setting up a seperate APN for MMS.
Can someone help me?
I'm running i9100 with android 4.0.3 and Orange Israel ROM, not rooted.
I want to avoid rooting the phone

Hi mate,
I don't think there is a way to do this on the S2. It's frustrating isn't it!!
The only way I can think to do it is download an app called Tasker and set it up that way. Tasker can do everything
Good luck!
There is a way.
You have to separate your APN into two APNs. One for internet, and one for MMS. Then have the internet one be the default. The MMS APN will then only activate when you send or receive MMS.
I have mine set up like this.

I have two APNs. one for the 3g data and the other one is wap data(for all the carrier's stuff) and mms.
3g is set up as default but i kind of have trouble seperating wap and mms as i don't know which deffinitions belong in which APN.
I'll contact the tech support again and ask them how to define this stuff properly or just ask them to send me the apn config.
if that doesn't work i'll try tasker like Obagleyfreer suggested.
thank you both for the help

C5 Ultra Help Needed!

I just recently bought this phone. And i am having problems with sms and calls. My friends cant call me and i cannot receive sms msgs. Weird tho. Cause i have signal bars. I have checked *#*#4636#*#* and it says that gsm: emergency calls only and i am connected to lte/hspa. My carrier most likely sends sms and calls through gsm or 2g and it seems to be non existent on this phone. I have done factory reset and still the same thing. I also have changed sim cards. And still the same. Somebody please help me.

Using a UK sim, only issues is SMS, I get a SMS from Google txt to speech every time I send a message. It's adding numbers at the start of the phone number I'm sending it to.... Had this working previously but after a factory reset i forgot how I got it working before....
