Hi all xda users,
I have a sansui u42 set, which is not getting rooted with any root software. I have tried atleast 8-10 root apps both win and apk. Nothing is working.
Config - cortex arm 7
Kitkat-4.4.2
Unknown bootloader
Please help me to install root/CU's. Recovery it.
I hope I have asked this question in the right place.

Please help me to root my Hcl Me U2 Tab :crying:
I have tried All popular Methods like Unlock root, Superoneclick
Unlock root says root suceeded and restarts the device but it is not rooted.
superone click stucks on step 7
z4 root hangs
and manual method
when I type Adb root it says
adbd cannot run as root in production builds
Pls help
My device specs are
1 ghz cortex a8 arm v7 processor
1 gb ram
Gpu mali 400
Android ver. 4.0.4
pls do not say that this device is not frm a good manufacturer
All devices from hcl like u1 y1 etc have rooting procedures
but they don't work on u2
I have spent much time on it
Any thing missed pls tell me
Pls Help i really need to root

I have rooted my HCL Me U2 using Mobogenie for Window Pc.
Its working great.

Today I got a mail frm XDA member he has bricked MTK 6577 S3 clone, with help of my chines friend we unbricked the phone very safe.. the guy is very happy I hope soon he will post over there..

my brother bricked his mtk 6577 celkon A107 phone and I'm trying to help restore or unbrick his device.. please help or share any tool or info that I can follow to unbrick his phone.

Hello every one
i have this phone (alps e1901 v77 fwvga) aka xtouch x507 (mt6577)
i flashed the original firmware from the supplier but since then the phone didn't boot
it wont charge also, but it's being recognized by pc and i still can flash on it.
and i tested the battery its charged, and also there is current drain (~50 mA)
when power button is pressed
so any ideas!!!???

So i use a lot app root wihout pc like : kingroot,kingo,baiyu,iroot,towel,...but failed
And i use pc : doctorphone,irootpc,...but still failed
So please help me
