I can't see the picture you posted, but if you have any screen lock you have to unlock them (pattern, pin, whatever....) first.
Also on your device you have to choose to connect in MTP mode (usualy it is MTP by default, but just make sure it is).
Did the problem occur just recently? (try another cable or try another USB-port).
Btw on what ROM are you currently?
Reupload your picture!

It seems that I have some options grey'd out. I am currently using a Pattern.
I had to delete my credential storage (had my pad setup to connect to work email and the policy didn't allow face unlock). Then all the options were available but I wouldn't do this if you have policies for Email or vpn and so on.

No? Than its time to use CM13 or AICP11, because it works perfect, even in recovery to use it for backups etc, tested by me some minutes ago.
Just plug the usb stick,card reader,external drive and format like what u see in popup,done.

Hey, today I went to LG's developer website and got my unlock.bin, but sadly cannot flash it for some reason.
Basically what happens is when I insert the flash command into cmd, it stays at "sending 'unlock' (1 KB)..." forever.
I've installed the LG drivers but the problem still persists. Can someone give me a piece of advice on how to tackle this issue? Thanks.

Has anyone tried to use Find My Phone with an S9+. Especially a Sprint S9+?
I tried it today, and Google's find my phone web page doesn't offer the option to locate my phone. If I try it with a different device on my account, I get this, with the option to locate the device (far right).

But for the S9+, this is what I see. No option to locate the phone at all, no "Next Step" button. Location on the phone is set to high accuracy.
Does find my phone work for anyone else? Any thoughts as to why it isn't working?
