The sound on CM12/CM13 is poor then MIUI, so I need the global sound effects app/module.

I have found the answer by myself
CM13:
1, install SELinux Mode Changer APP http://coolapk.com/apk/com.mrbimc.selinux, set SELinux mode to PERMISSIVE,
2, install VIPERFX APP v2.5.0.5 , http://coolapk.com/apk/com.audlabs.viperfx, rename /system/lib/soundfx/libv4a_fx_ics.so to /system/lib/soundfx/libv4a.so
CM12 (tested on Cofface CM12.1 ):
only need to install VIPERFX APP v2.4.0.1 , http://coolapk.com/apk/com.audlabs.viperfx
OFF SELinux

I flashed the version older version r6.5 on Oreo. But the equilizer cannot be enabled on it.

I have installed dolby atmos (DDP also) latest module through magisk manger . But it's crashing.
- Selinux was permissive.
- Latest acdb file , audio modification and audio compatibility modules installed.
Note : I have tried installing viper fx drivers and then install the dolby atmos ( dolby digital plus also) but it's not working.
Can Anyone Help Me With This .

Try new version. Old version doesn't work anymore.
