I have stock 5.1 lollipop on my z2 with supersu and recovery. In the SuperSU pro, there's an option to keep root on updates. It could keep root on update from 5.1 to 6.0? I don't wanna flash a pre rooted rom because I wanna keep my apps.
Here's a screen of the option in supersu (this pic was on gplay, not my screenshot):

1. Flash stock .291 rom via flashtool
2. Unlock your bootloader ( no need if you have unlocked it )
3. Flash TWRP 3.0.0-2
4. Flash SuperSU.zip
5. Clear /cache and /davik_cache
6. Done
Hooray, all done in one Shut down!!!

I rooted my phone / installed xrecovery and unlocked bootloader. But xrecovery is not working, I mean I cannot get into recovery. What should I do to make it work?
For rooting my phone I used - "DooMLoRD_v4_ROOT-zergRush-busybox-su"
And for installing recovery and unlocking bootloader is used this guide - http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=928343
Hey, which steps do you execute to enter on it?
at the first vibration when you turn on, you must start to press "back button"
Or try to reinstall it by using the last flashtool version

I restored my phone using PCC and then I used one of the older version of flashtool (Doomlord one) to root and install xrecovery. Things are working fine now
Hello Nexus 10 folks,
in case you don't know this app of mine yet, take a look. If you're a ROOT user, it could make your life a lot easier!
You will be able to:
Flash boot img
Flash recovery img
Flash zip file
Flash multiple zips and add commands (Wipe cache, data, dalvik) if you're using TWRP
Backup kernel
Backup recovery
Cloud backups (Drive, Box, Dropbox)
Open the app directly from a gmail attachment or downloads app, or any other app.
Reboot, Reboot recovery and Reboot bootloader

Asfar as i can see, you are trying to update by just flashing an incremental update from twrp.
You will need to flash the full rom and right after that the update.
Btw do this with twrp 3.0.0.1
the problem is that not let me put the full ROM is the mistake you
or the ROM or patches
no one can take me out to solve this problem, thanks

untick "zip file signature verification" after selecting zip.
and as you do that, you are giving me a lot of problems this error.
do not let me put anything or upgrade anything
Flash through Fastboot
You have to flash the stock recovery through Fastboot as you did to flash TWRP.
Stock recovery cannot be flashed through TWRP.
I followed https://www.xda-developers.com/root/ to root my phone, using boot.img downloaded via
https://www.mediafire.com/file/v0llvwlwv4emnkd/Wiko_View_Max_MT6739_V01.43_270918_8.1.0.zip/file
The phone's chip is Mediatek MT6739.
Magisk shows itself as installed

}
When I choose Uninstall Magisk and Restore Images, it says "Stock backup doesn't exist".
How can I install appropriate drivers or restore the pre-root state.
Please help me, this is an emergency.
My recommendation: Re-flash phone's Stock ROM to get rid off of all modifications you applied so far.

I have patched boot.img ->

by Magisk, therefore I should flash boot.img, right?
