Video recording works ! Use footej camera for 4k recording and slowmo recording , or use google camera for 1080p recording .

Substratum legacy themes work !

getting a weird Settings FC. read on the G+ page that it was due to the network meter, but I have mine off and still get it.
only way I can pinpoint is that it happens when i have LTE on

Its modded slimrom so expect all features from slim. If u have never tried slim, its basically a fully-featured ROM minus theme chooser. That leads me to the next request, can we please have themechooser @RobbieL811???

That's a very true statement theme chooser is a pain in the but to add. I have been working on it for weeks and just when I think I have all the conflicts taken care of and build I still had x,y or z bugs. I had to take a break from it. Lol

These are two slim features that were not put back in Kitkat, nfc polling when phone locked, and disable volume buttons when in vibrate mode and only allow volume change from onscreen slider.
Currently on official slim 7.4, will definitely try your build after work.

the slimsaberkat rom for the galaxy s4 was one of the best roms for it. incredible, nearly ridiculous battery life (with alucard kernel). reason enough to give this one here a try. hope you have done well with the kernel according battery life can't be that my s4 lasts way longer than the 1+1 with same usage

Yea i think so, i built it from the cm device tree so everything should be the same, and i just realized that temasek is not going to be updated anymore, looks like main dev just retired or something, also i don't have my ghost anymore so i'm just doing blind builds so idk what's working and what's not.

i'll try to request Sai to use his fix here
also as it seems it's just a cm source problem, ill try to do something aosp maybe, i'm just not getting enough time to wotk on this, i've had issues with du too, so that's why i haven't released anything new

CandySix is a good option, it is AOSP based and has CMTE and Substratum versions.

Wipe System/Data/Dalvik Cache/Cache
Select both the ROM and Gapps zip file
Flash it!!! Reboot it!!!

You can use Substratum legacy. I'm also trying to add OMS support to it.

Netflix fix?
Hi there,
nice rom, my first Nougat experience. So far, I didn't found any major bugs.:good:
However, Netflix is not working. The app starts up fine and all, but as soon as a stream is supposed to start, it loads forever and never shows it.
Is there any fix?

EDIT: Netflix works via mobile data, not via wifi.
PS:
Sorry , I have to say that, but the bootanimation is hideous. Installed stock nougat animation instead.

How's battery timing/screen on in this rom !
Hi, nothing happens when pressing my Oneplus Bullets (plugged in my phone's mini jack, of course) v2's [vol+] and [vol-] buttons, even in music apps (music, soundcloud, mixcloud, spotify...).

Depends on the usage ofc. For me it's as good as any other stable N rom out there right now

what a coincidence
i was just finding how to make it official but got no clue at all
it would be perfect
So my question is if this is for our harpia devices why do we need stuff like fingerprint storage? Seems like a waste for a phone that doesn't have a fingerprint scanner

This feature was in rom itself
i will try to remove that option if possible
but it won't do much harm
anyways almost all roms have the options which do not supported by our phone but they are hidden

Also yes as an aimrom developer I have added this thread to official with me and @@ki as maintainers. OTA support will come in the coming weeks and builds will now be served off dedicated botstack servers instead of the slow afh servers that throw ads in your face. Annoying tbh
