i got a new phone and updated into mm
i installed the drivers an everything to go
i boot the phone into flashboot mode
i flash the twrp, fastboot flash recovery blablabla.img (using the latest i downloaded from the page)
i try to enter to the twrp and the phone ignores me, it goes straight to normal boot, i cant even seem to be able to enter to recovery
the phone has unlocked bootloader, drivers updated and installed, usb debugging on, oem unlock, etc
its an E2306, with marshmallow android, the customized US 6.0.1

Tried everything!
The procedures mentioned to root or install CWM Recovery in Huawei x3 U8510 requires you to go to USB Debugging mode in Settings but my device does not have a working Stock ROM.
I am able to boot into the Stock Recovery mode (Volume + and power button) but unable to install CWM(tried several versions for U8510), SU, Custom ROM etc cuz it says signature verification failed even though I tried cmw zip files which were signed.
I tried going into download mode by pressing Volume - and power button that didn't work too. Even though the Huawei symbol came up I couldn't root the device using
Please Help!!!
P.S: I couldn't find any of the latest ROMs for this device too!
i managed it quite easy

hi mate dont know if you managed it yet but if you search google with the term u8510 root , its about the forth link down on the first page with the title "How to Root and Install ClockworkMod Recovery on the Huawei ..." (would post the link but wont let me as i aint been a member long enough) on that page scroll down and download the drivers, install with phone unpluged from computer, then plug phone in and it will install the drivers. then download the automatic root enabler and with the phone switched on as normal and plugged in the pc click the exe file and it will automatically shut down the phone and put it into fastboot mode, root it, install clockworkmod recovery and super user..... when the grey box with the text says finnish the phone will restart but is still in boot loader mode so make sure it says done at the bottom of the box unplug phone from pc, remove battery and put it back in to exit bootloader mode and switch on.
there you go its rooted and super user installed..... plus has clockwork mod recovery to install any custom rom you wish

This method makes my phone freeze at the bootup stage, the Huawei logo stays on the screen, while on the PC it says its <waiting for device> after trying to install clockworkmod recovery. Any ideas?
So, i installed A LOT of custom roms on my gs3, and the last one screwed it up, so i got android 5.1.1 on my gs3 and when it tried to boot up (after optimizing apps stuff...) it just stopped at "Finishing Boot" and it stayed like that for couple of hours, then since i don't have a power button to enter download mode i made my own homemade usb jig and got my gs3 in download mode and i got it back to stock, then it stopped at samsung logo and it was just booting like that whole night. Then i tried diffrent versions of stock roms, kernels, even new pit file, still nothing. So i've read on couple of forums that i need to enter recovery mode and wipe data & cache(but odin does that automatically right ?) and i can't enter recovery mode cause i have a broken power button(and no i can't connect wires cause when i got rid of the power button i accidentally pulled out one of the connectors). So how can i enter recovery without a power button if i can't boot up the phone ? Or is there any other fix ? Or it's dead ?
P.S I can't take it to service no warranty + binary count is 14 and i can't reset it without my phone booted up.
No power, no phone. It's that simple. Fix the power button and then you can boot it up. No other way possible.
I wish I stole my HTC M9.
you could try thru usb then adb command: fastboot reboot recovery (if i remember correctly)
edit: just read you can't even turn it on

go to this link:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-nexus/development/adb-fb-apx-driver-universal-naked-t1379875
download the driver, install once while gs3 booted, then in download mode install the driver again - while phone is connected
i haven't been able to get a "fastboot devices" respond while in download mode, maybe i'm not doing it right
the driver supposed to support galaxy s3 international with adb and fastboot

installing the drivers only need any gs3 but since it's stuck on logo only, you can't do anything.
i thought you said you have a home-made jig to boot into download mode
Odin don't wipe data and cache automatically. I had bootloop problem after flashing stock too you have to get to recovery anyway you can and format cache and data from there. As I know you can flash files through odin with your home-made USB jig. So there are some recovery zips that will boot into recovery directly after flashing them. You can either find one of them or you can ask someone to edit one of the recovery zips for you. The final way I can think about is adb. You can go to download mode with your USB and then you can use adb. Give adb this command. Adb reboot recovery and it will reboot to recovery. If I helped you in any case press the ? tnx button.
Hi, so I flashed TWRP recovery and booted into it immediately. However, I forgot to flash the lazyflasher zip and rebooted straight away. Now the device is stuck at the logo and I can't seem to get to fastboot or recovery mode using the command line. I read a few other threads similar to my issue but apparently, they could access fastboot mode and I can't. Am I missing something?

Can you boot into twrp recovery? Turning off phone and doing power + volume up button. If yes you can try doing a factory reset.

Are you bootloader unlocked?
stuck on fastboot screen
Sir to be honest i am not a software person and possibly wont understand what you said, but ill explain in detail what exactly happened.
First I had purchased Mi a3 with android 9 and later i got an update saying android 10 the phone was working absolutely fine.
Today i received another update which mentioned android 10 and as usual i updated it and when i restarted the phone i directly got that fast boot screen.
I went thru so many websites regarding this issue but did not find any solution and almost everywhere it said to flash the phone.
So i tried to flash the phone, I downloaded firmware, miflash tool, abd drivers, after doing all this my phone is not being detected on my pc, i checked device manager and even i got links from XDA as well i followed that as well but still no luck on detection.
Upon finding the query on detection issue i found solutions to debug from my device but my device is not starting up so i even cant do debugging as well.
Please help.

Did you try to reset the phone using the recovery mode?
From switch off, press simultaneously for a few moments the Volume Up and Power Button.
you should enter in recovery mode and apply a factory reset.
this works for me
stuck on fastboot screen
I cannot enter the recovery mode when i press the buttons you said it again comes at fast boot screen and i tried to flash with mi flash tool but that flash process continuesly goes on and no changes in phone.

Unstuck it..?
But seriously, what kind of help do you expect? You haven't provided a single piece of information.
I managed to get TWRP installed and flashed my V300L to H930 from the instructions in:
https://forum.xda-developers.com/lg-v30/how-to/korean-variant-bootloader-unlock-root-t3804505
TWRP was accessible via the reset menu.
However when I then decided to install the pixel experience rom into my phone I only had a black screen with prompts only showing by pressing the power or volume buttons so I flashed the V300L pie kdz back via LGUP.
After the flash, all seemed normal until I tried setting up google pay, it needed the bootloader locked or hidden by magisk so i tried to do both. Developer options say that the bootloader is still unlocked and I get the boot warning.
Problem is now my phone is unable to enter the fastboot menu and recovery. Trying to enter TWRP via the reset method just leads to resetting my phone, using "adb reboot recovery" reboots the phone to the dead android mascot and "no command".
Using the power down + plug in usb to enter fastboot just boots to a battery charging icon like you would see if your battery ran out and you plugged it into power. Using "adb reboot bootloader" just reboots the phone as per normal.
Download mode is working normally, I'm still able to use LGUP.
The phone works completely fine outside of these issues and not being able to use google pay (are my banking apps supposed to be working?). Is there anything I can do to bring back my fastboot menu / recovery?
v300 dont have fastboot mode . so to get twrp and fastboot mode, flash abl ,cmnlib, cmnlib64 files from h930 kdz through lg up and partition download option.
As mobile reboots after 80%, keep pressing volume down button, enter fastboot mode and flash twrp recovery ad magisk and other files.
BACKUP your data in PC before this, because you will have to format data after installing TWRP recovery
