advanced power menu mod - Xperia Z5 Compact Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Anyone know of a advanced power menu that works on the z5c mm?
I tried advanced power menu+ xposed module, but phone started to overheat and enden in a bootloop after installing that module.
So if anyone have a working advanced power menu i really would appreciate it.

Xposed app called neo power menu has worked for me. You can customize colors, backgrounds etc with it.

Neopower works very well.
Thanks for your reply!

Is there any xposed module or other way to just get Airplane Mode back onto the stock power menu rather than replacing it entirely using Neopower?

Yes!
The module name is Advanced Power Menu+ (APM+)
It's available in playstore.

Also Gravity box has some options to extend the power menu.

[Q] Long-press volume down -> camera

Hi!
I find it very easy for the D620 to open the camera itself and take 100 pictures while it's in my pocket. I think it's because the on/off button get pressed, and then the volume down button. Long-press volume down brings out the camera, even though I have slide or the knock code screen lock enabled.
Anyway to disable the long press volume down? Or that when the screen is locked, it locks the phone 100%?
You can disable the long press volume down with G2 TweaksBox module( in Miscellaneous Tweaks, you have to set Volume Down action to None).

Hi
Problem solved without root - almost. Key Plus for LG on Google Play.
You can set any program or shortcut. And then for example, uninstall selected program.
You got "unlock button".

By using xposed framework with xposed additions module you can achieve this.

"Xposed Additions" will give you the ability to remap every key (even softkeys) as you like

Question about Xposed module development

I don't know anything about xposed module development, but I would very much like to make a module that creates a tiny floating power menu with just power and reboot (though reboot opens a secondary menu for recovery, fastboot, etc) and in the configuration settings you can use a set of sliders for positioning it near your power button.
Essentially I want to bring the Google Pixel 2 power menu to other devices. How difficult would this be?

Wrong section. These kind of questions should be -- I believe -- posted here https://forum.xda-developers.com/xposed/development
And what you're asking has likely been achieved! You just have to search.

Question Power button Google Pay/Wallet

Hi, does someone of you know how to map google pay to the power button. On my last phone i just had to press the power button twice and my card was visible
The 1 IV starts the camera when i do this, which is redundant in my opinion because we have a dedicated camera button.
Would appreciate the help

Thank you for your answer, so there is no built-in way to do it? I have to root and install this (with optional xposed module)?

Yep that's the only way. But you can use it without xposed. Using Accessibility
