System and Boot from Google Pixel XL - Nexus 6P General

Searching the internet I found this, and decided to share it
Archives contain 3 files:
boot.img – kernel
system.img – A system partition that contains main apk and jar files
system_other.img – B system partition that contains odex files

It's only compatible with pixel bruh the only thing you can do is deconstruct it and see if you can port some goodies out of it

This is my hope. We could basically have the pixel experience on the 6p with launcher and assistant.

I tried installing the camera apk but I am unable to install it. Maybe it needs to be installed as a system application to work.

From what I've read, most of the apps have minSDK level of 25, and Android 7.0 is sdk 24. People have tried to change sdk level in build.prop and have succeeded installing few apks,but most of them don't work.
I've tested these and they work for me: dialer,pixel launcher,wallpaper picker.

So you've managed to installed a few apks by changing the sdk level at the build.prop ? and the most important question, i think, was it worth it ? any major changes made to these new APKs ?

If you install this apk you'll get the basic live Wallpapers of the Pixel. Also the one with the gradient look.

These are without animation. You get the animation only with assistant activated.

I've installed Keyboard, Clock, Calculator and Phone. All work fine.
Contacts, Camera and many others don't work probably because of the API difference.
