Requirement:
Htc desire 610 ( with boatloader unlocked)
Enable USB Debugging.
Custom recovery twrp. click here
adb fastboot driver. click here
htc driver. click here
Here we go -------
Switch off your phone and press the power button and volume down button together……

in this stage connect the phone with pc by a usb cable....
Now go to the adb fastboot folder (download adb driver from above link and extract it and download the twrp recovery img and put it into adb drive folder see the pictyure...)View attachment 3899404
