Hello guys,I installed cm 14 unofficial ROM in my redmi note 3. All is working fine. but there is some problem with camera application. when I am trying capture some image I found that the sometime camera has been stopped. most probably camera was stopped. then I try google camera app which is helpful for me out of 10 try I was able to capture image 10 time. single time don't won't to face any crash. I hope it will work with your device also.

Rom has bugs, sudden restarts, full of chinease bloatware , looks nice but needs fix. I was surprised it worked on ZTE Z7Max. Please fix restarts, remove bloatware and please change that chinease keyboard to Gboard or stock AOSP. Thanks

Yes, it has some bugs, and I presenced some restarts. The chinese bloatware thing can be easily fixed by removing those apps using "System App Remover". It works
About the keyboard: You can download Gboard normally, you know

there is no problem about Keyboard, but restarts are really annoying. it would be really nice if somebody with skills could fix these problems and upload this ROM here on XDA or to NEEDROM. Thanks anyway :good:
Update: I created a post on needrom so everyone can easely access it. Thanks @Guffeogco for the mirror. I did one as well, so we can get at least a sub mirror

After updating to MIUI 10 global beta rom, it was fun until I opened Google camera. It's shows just a black screen. Only panorama and photo sphere are working. I tried all the apk and Camera2 api zip files. Can't find any solutions. Please help!

MIUI can get to nerves sometimes but some would actually agree to the fact that it truly is an eye-candy. I suggest you to wait for a while as there might be some devs out there who are in the process of compiling a custom version of GCAM for MIUI. As of now, it does not work.

I know that the root isn't necessarily... But you must have bootloader unlocked and modify some lines in the build prop... Someone, with alternative rom, say that he can use both lens without modify build prop... So... There is some method to use both lens on a full stock Moto x 4? I mean without unlock bootloader or do anything.. A sort of pug and play apk

Posted in another thread by uccollab... Actually I used this one and everything work fine for me... Ah there are some things to change like :
- on "About" check "advanced options"
- on HDR+ Options:
1) Disabled AWBGains Mod -> ON
2) RAW Format -> RAW10
3) Image Format -> YUV_420_888
4) GCAM wb Mode -> ON
Also, I suggest you to check the "Saturation adjustements" section, because this version really oversaturates photos. Try what levels are the best for you, in my case they were 1.0 - 1.0 for back camera and 1.1 - 1.3 for front camera.

When I was on oreo I used cstark27 version 5.1 ( posted in the first post) ...
Stable and fast....
Actually I am on pie but that version still work.. So I continue to use it alternatively to 6.2
I'm on Havoc OS and BSG V2e, based on Gcam 6.1, works perfectly for me with buffer fix and AUX camera switch.

The most stable and newest version that I found so far that works for Android 10 is Urnyx's 7.2.010 v2.3.
It does NOT support slow motion.

In particular with this app you can activate the secondary camera in that way : setting >> general advanced >> foto active the secondary camera ...
Attention if you active also the 3a camera the app will crash and you will not able to use the camera . . Tomorrow I will test it with the sunlight , because I' am using it without xml setting ... But the most important thing is that it works!
Ps: I am on stock pie, with bootloader locked a without root .

1) when I restart my device, the touch screen doesn't work. I thought it's a hardware problem at first but then I restarted it several times and then it started to work.?
It has happened many times whenever I reboot/restart my phone?
2) Video doesn't record : whenever I try to record a video, it just records the audio with a still image. I just can't record a video. And sometimes the camera stutters/lags a lot while looking into it?
3) Gcam isn't working : it doesn't even open, it gives me error everytime I try to open it?
4) I was trying to update to the September version through the settings, it downloaded but failed to install, I tried many times but it says "install error"
I hope my message finds someone who knows what's going on and who can help.

I request you to mention all the major bugs for the rom threads you've made.
Either consult testers of those roms & include them. Or better not make a thread youself, & ask it's developer to do himself.

Well pixel experience thread is supervised by Zidan not me ! And I always mention and inform all when there is major one. besides All issues that he mentioned it fixed on latest.

Hi i'm facing the touchscreen not work after reboot with EU rom , tried latest build( Sep 10th xiaomi.eu_multi_HMNote10_V12.5.3.0.RKGMIXM_v12-11.zip) but no luck
Use the official build instead.
