Does this phone have it? It uses Marshmallow, but On Tap doesn't seem to activate by holding the home button. Is it disabled? Is there a way to activate it? Thanks!

I disabled the Bixby button a while back, I "think" I used the setting within Bixby and I'd like to re-enable the button so I can remap it. Problem is, I can't figure out how to do it. The only app I have in the app drawer is Bixby Vision. TIA.
Enable Bixby Home in the launcher settings, then swipe to the left most screen to get into it. You should be able to access settings from there.

What "launcher settings"?
Edit: Thank you! I figured I needed to temporarily go back to the standard launcher instead of Nova and it worked.
Does anyone experienced the problem? As the unlock button does not work anymore, it is impossible to use the watch anymore except looking for time.
Any options to exchange buttons fonctions on the stratos? Make the middle button to unlock the watch for example?
I'm not aware of a way to remap buttons but you can also use double tap to wake.
On watch Options->General->Double tap to unlock.

Fine, it unlocks the Watch.
But I have another problem now : how to stop a running activity? Is there another way than the up button?

May not be practical depending on the activity but I guess the only way is to use the "Auto pause" setting in activities so it pops up automatically when you stop.
Is there anyway to remap the home button? I'm looking for a way to remove google assistant from the button. I don't want to disable assistant, just remove it from the home button. I'd still like to be able to access the the assistant through voice and the shortcut on the homepage search bar.
I don't even want to replace it with anything, just prevent the assistant from popping up.
Thanks
I want to remap the power button so it toggles NFC when I long press it (only when the screen is on). So far every app I've found is unable to do anything with the power button. I'm using a rooted Lineage OS 18.1.

Try this
Button Mapper: Remap your keys - Apps on Google Play
Remap hardware buttons to launch any app, shortcut or action
play.google.com

Thanks, but that app doesn't work either. It says it can't modify the power button on the splash screen.
Would you want any other buttons, power button turns off the display so im not sure about NFC activating?

Lol, I know it sounds silly, but hear me out.
When you hold the power button the phone shows you a menu with the Power menu and, most importantly, card payment. As I don't want to keep NFC on all the time to avoid battery drain, I had an idea to turn on NFC every time I opened my Google Pay card payment menu (power button hold).
Ahh then you try finding an Xposed module?
You’ll find more chances of success in that way
is there any way to map Google Assistant to work as default assistant while pressing the power button ONCE? Double click is Wallet for me
You can do this with the Registar module of Good Lock.
