Hi guys
I have a problem in device xiaomi redmi note 3 pro (sn)
It works without any problem with Version: 6.10.13 (MIUI8) Android 6
But when you go back to Android 5 Version: V8.0.1.0.LHOCNDG (MIUI8) or miui7
Tranches are not working and disappears MEID number
It remains only duplicate IMEI twice
is there a solution ?

Never Roll back Android versions dude. Mainly from MM to below.. Bcoz System partition gets merges into one in MM.. Stay put on it. But try finding a stable 6.0 rom.
Sent from my Xiaomi Mi 5 using XDA Labs
hi
i´m thinking to buy this https://www.amazon.de/Xiaomi-Redmi-...DM/ref=olp_product_details?_encoding=UTF8&me=
but i do not know if i can use the ROMs here because its a "Redmi 5 Plus" and not a "Redmi note 5 Plus"
the forum title is confusion me [Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 / 5 Plus] <-- does that mean "Xiaomi Redmi Note 5" can use the same ROMs as "Xiaomi Redmi 5 Plus"
edit: just read that i have to wait 15 days to unlock bootloader... its that true? i thought its 48 hours not 15 days... really stupid i think i have to search other than Xiaomi
variant
REDMI NOTE 5 is the INDIAN version and REDMI 5 PLUS is the GLOBAL version, with the same hardware.
on the other hand yes, it is true, believe or not I had to wait for 360 hours (15 days wait) to unlock de bootloader in order to root my REDMI 5 PLUS, flash twrp and install custom ROMS. That is the unclear policy of XIAOMI.
thank you are 100% sure about that?
that means the ROMs here working with all version with and without note
on google i found a german site https://www.kimovil.com/de/vergleichen/xiaomi-redmi-5-plus,xiaomi-redmi-note-5 looks like they have wrong infos because the CPU is different
edit: found here in other thread from user SubwayChamp (thx btw)
No, this forum is for Redmi Note 5 and Redmi 5 Plus both with codename vince.
Redmi Note 5 Pro is known in China like Redmi Note 5 (whyred)
Redmi 5 Plus is known in India as Redmi Note 5 too (vince); This causes the confusion both receives same name depending from where they comes (or where they were released)
Whyred (snapdragon 636) has other specs than vince (625)

Hello. First - sorry for my ENG.

"Couldn't verify device. Can't get info, connect again."
In phone is this ROM now:
Version MIUI: Global 10.3.2 (stable ODAMIXM)
Version Android: 8.1.0 OPM1.171019.026
I still have Redmi Note 4, and I unlocking this without any problem.
Please, any solution?
Solved. I use old version of Mi Flash Unlock (3.4.703.18).

Nope it won't get flashed if it's POCO M2 Pro ROM but there are also some ROMs named "miatoll" which can be flashed in Redmi Note 9S/9 Pro (Indian), Redmi Note 9 Pro (Global), POCO M2 Pro and Redmi Note 9 Pro Max called Unified build which can be flashed in these 4 devices (miatoll only)
If this is the wrong section for the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro global (joyeuse) please move or tell me where to post.
Following https://havoc-os.com/device#joyeuse the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro global (joyeuse) has an own section, which is different to https://havoc-os.com/device#miatoll (Miatoll), but when I try to download it, I get:
https://download.havoc-os.com/joyeuse/Havoc-OS-v4.8-20210806-joyeuse-Official-GApps.zip 404 Not Found
Any help appreciated.
So my topic was moved, thanks but I am still reading 9 Pro (Indian Model) and I am talking of the global model, so don't get confused. AFAIK the global model is not compatible with the Indian model, which is a part of the miatoll-ROMs.
I am stuck with the same issue, I will post an update here if I manage to succeed in any way.
I had trouble finding the (joyuse) havoc ROM, experienced the same 404 error. I opted to install the pixel experience instead which was a maitoll ROM.
Xiaomi POCO M2 Pro / Redmi Note 9S / Redmi Note 9 Pro / Redmi Note 9 Pro Max / Redmi Note 10 Lite (miatoll) - Pixel Experience
Xiaomi POCO M2 Pro / Redmi Note 9S / Redmi Note 9 Pro / Redmi Note 9 Pro Max / Redmi Note 10 Lite (miatoll) - Pixel Experience
download.pixelexperience.org
There is of course no guarantee that that Havoc maitoll will work but so far been runing the pixel experience for 2 days with no issues or hacks so far (I did need to manually setup my network APN but not sure if it is related)
