Instructions :
Download & install the Latest Nova Launcher Beta & also install Nova Launcher Prime License.
Then download & install Tesla Unread Plugin.
Then download & install Grace UX Icon Pack.
Choose the grid you want (4x4 or 5x5) & download the Novabackup file.
(For example 5x5 grid is good for Galaxy Note Series & 4x4 is good for Galaxy S Series.)
Download 4x4 Grid
Download 5x5 Grid
Then restore this backup via Launcher.
( If u couldn't restore the file above, then do these steps :
Open Nova Launcher & find Nova Settings in your apps, then go to "Backup and import settings"
and select "Restore or Manage backups" and then select Browse and choose the file above. )

Yes its a zip file for flashing using Cwm Recovery..........Whats der to fix?? If u need apk,then extract it from zip....But it may not install and u need to set permissons using Root Explorer and copy it to System/app to make it work................
So flashing using recovery is the easiest way
Is it possible to make unalphabetical sort application in drawer?

Deodexed ROM
Google Contacts for JB Roms 4.1.x
Google Dialer and Contacts for 4.4.x version
The procedure is by installing the apk in system / app and priv/app (just 4.4x series) - or flashing mode by recovery. Is prerequisite to be root on the phone and have launcher you can choose the shortcut for insertion activities.
Known launchers, perform insertion shortcuts: Holo Launcher , Nova Launcher , Apex, ADW , Smart Launcher etc.
Below demonstration in Samsung I8552 Win Duos where i create app to join dialer Activity 4.1.2 J B rom
Can u use the 2 modes
1) Shortcut creation on home screen
In the example , I used the Holo Launcher Plus available on google play . I also customized the launcher of the new design theme Android 4.4.4 Android Themer L .
Install google contacts on your device to folder system/app (To TW rom u need change name first to SecContacts.apk)

Press and hold on the Home screen or click the Cell Menu / Add / shortcuts / activities
Now, select first activity activity Phone Dialer Google ' com.android.dialer.DialtactsActivity ' .

On my rom project Androwin ROM, DroidWin ROM Series to Galaxy Grand Quattro GT-I8552 u can find the dialer work fine no lags on TW rom where I was MOD I8552
Important i was set the dlaler activity and create on apk to use on anywere launcher so just press icon in drawer

Downloading & Installing:
1. Download and install S4 Launcher and Lock screen:

2. Download and install S4 Settings app:

3. Download and install Super Status Bar (This is available in Google Play too, but the latest version doesn't support Android 2.3 anymore so here is a link to the second newest version):

3. Download and install Weather widget (If it fails to add location, you can fix it by uninstalling the app, wiping cache and reinstalling it):

Set up:
1. Set Touchwiz launcher as default launcher
2. Enable S4 Lock screen and turn on "Lock Sounds" for more realism
3. Place Weather widget to the home screen top 2 rows and place app shortcuts to the 4 slots below
4. Enable Super status bar and "iLlusory background" (Under General tab)
5. Change Super status bar layout to Classic (Under Advanced tab)
6. Press settings button (Left of Home button) on the app drawer and select "Hide apps". Now you can hide the stock settings app (as it's replaced by the S4 app) and some others if you want

I used this wallpaper in the transformation, it fits best for the home screen and creates a nice gradient status bar that looks good in apps too (not just launcher):

With this, you will completely forget Gingerbread (At least if you don't open any stock apps )
This guide is made 100% by me (I gathered the apps all over the internet, most aren't even built for the Galaxy Y), but the credit goes to the developers of these amazing apps
So after I flashed a custom ROM with UX 5.0 (G5 icons), I really started to like those "slightly rounded box" icons.
I then installed the V10 camera app for manual video, and ofc had to look at the 'old square' icon . . .
So for what its worth I started to make new ones. Maybe you like them too?
Trying to keep that stock LG "look & feel" I extracted an original 192x192px icon from an APK and traced a vector of the "rounded box" shape outline as a starting point.
For now I only made "slightly rounded box" V10 Camera Port and Chrome versions, but
I will add more (Google Mail, Youtube, WhatsApp, WeChat, XDA Labs, . . . ) in the future!!
Also feel free to ask for something you might want!
How to use:
1) Download the attachment from this post.
2) Extract .zip and copy the images to your device.
3) Use the stock launcher function to replace the icons (tap and hold icon on homescreen, release, tap little "paint brush" icon, select image).
4) Enjoy!
