Vodafone Smart II aka. Alcatel v860 stuck on bootloop - Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hello, yesterday i tried to install a custom rom on my smart II through recovery -> update.zip (i changed the rom.zip to update.zip, bc i can't access bootloader/fastboot) but i think i messed up , because after rom being succesful installed I factory resetd it :/ , after that i rebooted and got stuck in bootloop, i've tried some stuff, but i don't want to mess it up even more, I've tried using cmd with adb commands, trying to get some response from the device to the pc, but when my smart II is on loop if i do ("fastboot devices") it shows the id of my device, but when i tried to used toolkit to flash recovery it's stuck on this message (<waiting for device..>) something like that, and never recognizes it. i'm able to provide more information if needed,
thank you!

[Q] Bootloop, Cant seem to fix it.

I'm new to rooting and all of this type of thing, i figured I would first start with my HTC Flyer. I successfully unlocked the bootloader, and installed SuperUser, upon installing greenify and i tried to install the Xposed Framework, and my device now is stuck in a boot loop.
When enter the bootloader and do a factory reset or try to enter factory it completely freezes, and when i try to connect it to my PC via fastboot the PC says that the USB device that is connected cannot be recognized and fastboot will not work. Did i completely fry this device? Also if you have time I couldnt figure out a proper way to flash a custom rom so if anyone has a guide for that I would appreciate a link to that as well.
Thank you so much!!

Problem of transfer of files while installing a new rom

Hello,
I am having a big issue with my Sony Xperia Z2 Tablet. I tried to install a new rom on it and I am stuck in the recovery step.
I achieved to unlock the phone, install the fastboot drivers and flash the boot of my device. I can access to the CWM-based Recovery v6.0.5.1 menu but I just can't put the new rom in my /sdcard/xx directory.
I've tried to use the "adb push cm-11-....-windy.zip /sdcard/0/" command line, but I receive the message: "error: device not found".
I then check the command "adb devices" and indeed the device is not listed even though the device is connected. I then tried to reboot the device (after wiping the data/factory reset, cache partition and dalvyk cache, but my tab is not rebooting on anything. I have nothing but the wave background. Once the device got at that stage, the "adb devices" commande shows the following message: CB51xxxxxx unauthorized. It looks like I have a driver problem or something similar, but I tried to install different drivers and nothing worked so far.
So from there, I am lost, I can't boot my system with the original rom and I can't transfer any new rom in the memory to install a new one.
I would appreciate it a lot if anyone could give me some leads on how I could transfer the new rom on my device or at least recover the original sony firmware so that I can use my tablet again.
Thank you for your answers and time
P.S. I also tried the slideloader option, but since it seems to work on the adb program, it's not working either.

I found a solution, I flashed my tablet with flashtool and a working ftf file. Then I could have my tablet running the original sony rom and finally I could transfer the cyanogen rom into the tab. Everything is running fine now.

Help in flashing recovery on gionee M3

Wassup aliens!
So I got this gionee M3 and I rooted it with iRoot and tried to flash recovery in nearly every way possible....... I tried using Flashify, Rashr, TWRP manager..... Nothing worked.
1) On Flashify: I kept selecting Flash recovery but the message I get every time is "Error copying the file, please send me the log file".
2) On Rashr and TWRP Manager: They both say they flashed the file but when I boot into recovery all I see is gray screen with a gionee logo. I also lost my stock recovery this way.
3) On PC: My PC never detects my phone as an adb or VCom device........To check for VCom I tried SP Flash Tools..... didn't detects the device. For Adb I tried Adb devices in command prompt but the devices list is empty.
Some info:
I have USB debug mode enabled.
I have stock 5.0.2 android rom with no recovery just factory safe mode through which I can perform some tasks.
If you need any pics or any info just tell me in the comments.
I hope you guys help me.... Been trying for the last 6 days.

Hey i have the same problem. Can you suggest me something regarding this.
A very big question
Hello! I have an argentine copy of the M3, called Hyundai Ultra Energy, same processor, same storage, camera quality, all in the same place. My question is how do I install a custom rom and how do I flash the recovery at first. I use adb commands, but I know that I have to do it with spflash. How is the process? I download the rom, charge the scatter and tilt only in recovery? Would be dangerous? Is more safe to root with King Root?

If you can boot into bootloader, you can fastboot flash the images from https://developers.google.com/android/images (or just try running the entire N9F27N script) from your fastboot folder in cmd prompt or the Mac equivalent if you use Apple.

usb-debug is not enabled.
the thing is , when i rooted i got locked out then i factory reseted it , but it still is in bootloop,
i am unable to connect with device this is what i see when run the script ,
the cmd prompet say "<waiting for device >"
does it ever happened to anyone , getting locked without getting developer mode > usb-debug enabled , and then flashing factory rom ?
Can you still access TWRP, if it was already on the device.
Flash any custom rom, enable the option and flash stock again (if you want).
If it is stock recovery, sideload an OTA image instead.

Manually boot recovery and you shouldn't need usb-debug enabled, I hope.
A bit of research and it is required unfortunately
Edit: You don't need usb-debugging for fastboot flashing.
Also Nexus Root Toolkit might prove helpful to setup drivers on your pc and restore your device to working order.
^^^ It is out of date software, so hesitant to recommend it.

Boot to bootloader and use fastboot commands. Fastboot flash system system.img
Etc.
Use the files extracted from factory image.

I've definitely had this experience. You can try disconnecting the cable then reconnecting. When that doesn't work, you have to remove all the drivers or at least run through "updating" the Android drivers in hardware settings. You won't actually be updating drivers just re-installing from the PC. Wug's toolkit mentioned above may be your best choice if you don't have TWRP. The toolkit will provide you with an exe called usbdeview which enables driver removal. I didn't mention an OTA sideload because I thought you did need ADB for that. If you can get PC to recognize the device in cmd, then you can fastboot flash images.

I need help, OS deleted!

I accidentally deleted my android os.
I tried to install one using a rom and twrp but it doesent work, so i tried using fastboot and adb tools but didnt work either.
I cannot access my stock recovery to apply an update beacuse of twrp.
Is my phone dead or is there any way to make my phone work again?
It doesent boot, just goes to an unlocked bootloader screen "Device will boot in 5 seconds" just freezes on that screen. I can go to twrp but when i try to install a rom it doesent work "error 7"
Its a Moto G5 XT1670 it has an unlocked bootloader, no root
Hi , this should help you to fix error 7.
