searching for ZSKF1 ROM

Hi all,
I know that there's already a thread for ZSKF1 rom http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1075278 - but due to the fact that i'm a newbie, I'm not able to ask in that thread for updating the links. I'll be flashing this rom onto my i777 using hellraiser and would like to prep ahead of time to get everything in one place. just thought to give a history and say hi to everyone! *duck and hide under fire retardant blanket*

Thanks for the pointer - the reason i'm posting here is i need to flash the rom (my original thread here) so i can use traditional chinese and possibly chinese interface and need to hell raised the rom in my I777 for flashing... I asked that question in the QA in I777 and they pointed me to Intratech's rom thread and i wasn't able to post in there to request an update due to low post count, thus posting here to catch his attention.

Lumia 800 Bootloader Thread

i think it's time for a whole new thread for LOCKED bootloader
to separate it from interop/nand thread cuz it's growing really fast.
TO CHECK IF YOU HAVE A LOCKED OR UNLOCKED BOOTLOADER FOLLOW
These Steps:
1. take your NOKIA Lumia
2. Hold volume button UP+DOWN/VOL UP + DOWN + POWER
3. Plug in USB cable
4. Wait for short vibration/buzz
If PC says NOKIA DLOAD -You're simply out of luck for that moment
and should follow that thread.
If PC says QUALCOMM -JACKPOT!!! please go to :
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=24588106
-----
-If you have a hw Revision (Diagnostics App>menu ... >About) 2.4
your phone already came bootloader updated(Interop/Nand access- not possible now)
-If you have a hw Revision 2.3 you may be able to reach NAND partitions
if your bootloader is not updated (you never used NOKIA CARE SUITE to flash your NOKIA)
----------------------------------------
feel free to post important things we already know about locked bootloader
below my post
I have hw revision 2.3 and I never updated my phone with that nokia software. What can I do now?
when I do the button-move as you said I only get a microsoft VHD storage explorer..
is that Okay?
Thanks!
just mention not to hit "OK" when it asks to format the disk...I have seen some people hit OK and have their phone DEAD
Isn't the reason for this thread already covered by this Q&A thread? http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1599401

this is not a Q & A thread this is bootloader hacking thread so
if you have a problem like is my 2.3 a unlocked it's not a right place cheers!
The way to check if Qualcomm bootloader is present is just Vol + plus plug into USB and will activate download mode either on the qualcomm that on the Nokia one, but the first is unlocked the second not
Sent from my Lumia 800 using XDA Windows Phone 7 App

Can a MOD please close this thread? It's not needed, there is a section for this in the General section, why the OP creates it here in the development thread is strange, it causes a distraction for the developers. Do not post after this comment, so the topic can fade away if a MOD doesn't get to it.
Thanks

ONCE AGAIN WEAR YOUR GLASSES AND READ THE BEGINING OF THAT THREAD
IT'S NOT q & a it's THREAD to separate LOCKED BOOTLOADER HACKING from interop unlock/nand access thread !!!
cuz thats more distracting TO read and post there than creating a new thread for unhacked bootloader !
THANKS AND CHEERS!

There actually IS a dev thread already... It grows fast, but that's better than doing dev on two threads with the risk that developments will split and won't know of each other. It's much more complicated and confusing for devs to follow two threads instead of one...
to be real honest I also don't see the point of this thread.
1 dev tread is good , better ask a mod to clean the other dev thread (give him links to posts that you/OP like to be removed and they will do that
greetings Cees heim
I think the other thread is focused on interop unlock where this thread is more general purpose ie replacing the bootloader and possibly loading linux kernel

If you wore your glasses and read the InteropUnlock/NAND thread, you would notice that the main focus of it right now is trying to figure out how to flash Lumia 800 bootloaders that are currently locked.
At this stage, the development forum has no need for this thread.
THANKS AND CHEERS!
Guys, don't bother commenting here, thread will die down and go away, it's being a distraction right now, and it's not helping by commentating here which is just bringing the thread back to life again, we'll just have to wait for a MOD to clean it up, or to let it die die away. Make this the last comment, that includes you OP.
Thanks
P.s. In future, threads like this should be in the general section, are you developing here? No, you're helping. Which is fine, but in the general section. Keep the forum clutter free. It helps the developers and it helps us.

Can we get a Rogers Section ?.... please :)

I know that Rogers and ATT shares a lot in common but sometime it's different....
Maybe we could have our own section in witch we can say thing like : look in that post, I did this and that from ATT and it work/doesn'twork on Rogers...
Right know I'm thinking of that post in ATT section talking about S3 Now available in clockwork recovery http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=28657487#post28657487 ....
What do you guys think about it ? (sorry for my bad english by the way )
If it can use the same ROMs then no. Make sure to clarify in subject titles which carrier if there are some differences. It is whether or not it can use the same ROM without bricking that determines whether it gets its own dev section. And even if that, questions go in Q&A and not new threads in dev section.
Thanks

Sorry, thanks for moving my thread...
for example : the new clockworkmod http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=28657487#post28657487 .... if it could work for Rogers, it could go into Rogers section...
You know, even if ATT and Rogers use pretty much the same ROM, ATT block alot of stuff Rogers dont in their ROM.... that's also why I tought having Rogers own section could be really nice...

Hello fellow owners of Galaxy players

I am new to xda, and have recently got a usa variant of the galaxy player 5.0. I have already rooted it and was wondering if someone could recommend a stable and nice rom for me to use? Also, does any ics kernel yet exist for this player ( or even better jellybean)?
Look forward working with this great forum and player!
If you guys need developers or testers for rom development count me in!

http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1720457 Here's all the rom for both the 4.0 and 5.0. For ICS on the 5.0 here's the thread. I believe it is listed by which is updated the most. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1832697 but I'm not sure if it is a full working ROM without any problems.
Thanks
Thanks for the information , do you know how to start my own thread I am making for the rom im working on? When I click on make a new thread it says you have to get moderator permission first? Any ideas.

Are you doing it in the development section? Because if you are I think you have to have 10 thanked post to do so. If you're posting here than it should work. But I think you have to contact chrisd1a1 which is the forum moderator for the GP4.0 and 5.0 development. Hope this helps.

Hello,
The xda community requires 10 "thanked" post contributions before you enabled to post within the development forums. The purpose is to encourage new people to read through the threads before just repeating the same questions consistently. I believe you can still technically post in the general forums any question you have, just remember to thank other people's post and to give your two cents for the new newbie.
