Am not able to make calls from jio4g voice app
As u can see...there is only SMS and chat in the screenshot..!!!....calls aren't going....pls help me to solve this issue...I don't want to jump to other ROM..!!:crying:....am on cm 14

That means, cm14 isn't supported yet.. Try cm13.. Different roms

I have an other RN3, I ll give it a check.. But in the mean while, you try with your stock rom if possible.. Bettr to be sure with your device in particular..

But after shifting to cm 13 or cm 14....volte isn't working and the app is also not working
Then it's the problem with the rom.. Look for roms that support VoLTE.. You can find it yourself too.. Your dialer should look like this.. If it shows, then ur rom supports that.

Is it possible to use the new Chaton app released by Samsung on the tab, it shows up as incompatible however surely it's just a web based protocol that does not relie on any phone based technologies? Would be good to get this working. Thanks in advance?

How did you get it to work? I have a wifi/3G version of the P7500.
i think its same with "whatsapp"

For whatapp u can just copy the titanium backup(app+data) from your phone and restore. Just make sure u register whatsapp on mobile first. Maybe will work for Charon also
I really love the chat heads idea, however I don't like using Facebook messenger to text, I love the stock android SMS client, is there anyone who could make a chathead - like app that would work with stock SMS?

nd tick sms integeration....
nd chat heads are working
i think its best method if u have fb id

I wouldn't mind using the messenger app if it wasn't themed like Facebook. I don't use Facebook messenger, so I just enabled sms/MMS and it's just like using a regular messaging app. Just ugly

Search chat heads on google play. You will have an application ready for you. But the only problem is that, right now, the developer hasn't yet made it to move freely on the screen

Well, I've figured out something I didn't know, which bothered me, I thought it stored my SMS to facebooks servers, though it seems it doesn't. When a conversation is deleted from the stock SMS app, if you check the Facebook messenger, its no longer there. And if I checked on my tablet its not there, so it seems just like its an overlay of sorts just pulling the information from the stock app, which I'm okay with. Just didn't want it to be stored to Facebook's stuff

on my note 2 ninja sms is working fine...but facebook chat heads are smoother and more responsible...so i use them.

Facebook Messenger only has sms integration for certain devices. Maybe yours isn't supported?

Ok, so tried chat heads app, Facebook chat heads, ninja sms, notify me, notifypro plus, wp8 notification banner app, light flow ....
All of these apps have since sort of a popup or banner, but the best seems to be light flow which can be customized for each app, each contact separately. If you really want the text icon on home, and simple pop ups don't do it for you, then fb implementation is by far the best one, albeit no contact wise notifications or customization.

This may seem obvious, but you need to go to the settings and select the contacts you want (or all contacts)
Hi. Can anyone suggest a good alternative for hangouts/gtalk? I still use it a lot as most of my friends are on android and I've seen a couple of apps from the store that says they support gtalk but i prefer to hear some user experience of anyone used those. Thanks

i'm using im + pro for my Google and icq contacts.
you can always go with non-paid version, which has no chat history backup and few things removed.
I also use im+ best alternative app IMHO.

Features are:
Hide online whatsapp status
*important* it can edit the text messages in the chat (recieved and sent)
It can do much more things
The prob is:
First they removed it from playstore (they said temporarily, but still no sign of it)
But luckily, I had a backup of it. I installed it, but now it doesnt recognise chat messages, its like it doesnt work anymore. I guess it from the new version of whatsapp.
So does anyone know how to fix it? Or more important, does anyone know how to edit whatsapp messages?

Before doing that, the pre requisite is that u need to update the app to the latest version. Best thing would be to download the apk from whatsapp website or use the download link below. Thanks.
