can anybody help me i want to use open vpn in android 4.0.3 and kernel 3.0.8 but the prblm is its cannot connect TUN cannot open error comes somebody has told me to root your tablet so tell me how root plz plz ?

plz anyone help me,i rooted my android mobile- iball andi3.5i with zhuodashi software.on xda here i want a new rom for my mobile.there are no forum for iball yet.and on my mobile i downloaded rom manager which says cwm not supported.any help here.few help here related iwill be very thankful.
