The roms he posted are xiaomi.eu roms.
Xiaomi.eu roms are unofficial and without OTA updates from March. They are made for europeans, without chinese bloatware and with play store and european languages support.
En.miui.com (chinese) roms are official and with OTA updates. They are made for chinese people, with chinese bloatware and only english and chinese.
En.miui.com (global) roms are official and with OTA updates. They are made for everyone, but there are some bloatware. There is the play store, but there is multilanguage support only in the beta rom. In the stable one only English, chinese and some Indian languages.

MiUi 8 help.

How to install Miui8?
Will it void warranty?
It will be a custom or stock ROM?
Device details:
Redmi Note 3
Snapdragon
3GB/32GB
Current ROM: MiUi 7.5 Everything is 100% stock. No modifications at all.
Please help. Thanks in advance.
Stable MIUI 8 version is still not available for our Redmi note 3 but you can upgrade to its beta version which is currently I am using without any trouble. Here its link:-
http://en.miui.com/download-301.html
Download the rom from developer rom section. Its current version is 6.8.11 (MIUI8) and is about 1.3G in size.

Thankyou so much. Just a little more help please.
Will it void warranty?
Current stock recovery will work or I have to flash from TWRP?
Read the instructions in that thread.
Is anyone aware when the MIUI 8 will be available for Redmi Note 3? I don't want to root or flash a custom room. I thought the stable version was supposed to release on 16 August.
Any heads up would be appreciated.

You're completely free to free to install every version of miui(stable/beta)(miui 7/miui8) available for your device cause all the roms are official. No roms will void your warranty.
Rom link-

Here is the installation method-

If it helps you then hit the thanks button.
Official Global MIUI 8 will star rolling out from 23rd Aug...
So better wait for couple of days...
But sad thing is it is still going to be based on Lollipop..

To know the codename, just use AIDA64 app..
If you a begineer, just use the updater from the phone setting itself..no need all of that thing you've mentioned.

Look at the camera cluster information at the back.
48Mp mean Redmi note 9s (Curtana). 64Mp = Redmi note 9 Pro (Joyeuse).
OTA update by default is the best of safe way to avoid all trouble for beginer. Just click check for update and wait at night. Device will do the best for you. Dont care about unlock Bootloader if you happy with default MiuI os.
