No you need to flash them same time as the rom.I recommend nano from opengapps.Flash rom then flash gapps together.

Yes I put it on FN no problem.
This one is a power hungry rom, just in 30 minutes it lost 45% battery , audio quality isn't good as los 15.1 lineage.

Fps meter not working please enable fps meter and also change the karnal for better gaming performance
Help whenever i install gapps it give me error 1 read only vendor partition
