[Unbrick - RMN3 Snapdragon ] Any help will be appreciated :) - Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 Questions & Answers

Hello everyone!
I think I may have brick my phone, I'm not sure if this is hard or soft ( not so familiar with this).
List of things you should know..
1. I can go to fastboot mode, cannot go with twrp
2. I tried the edl method-- http://en.miui.com/thread-290959-1-1.html
Miflash can detect it but when I flash the image, an error appears like this..

This is the inside of that folder in miflash
History I did on my phone is..
From vendor rom -> flash twrp adb -> clean flash cm -> Flash official global rom from miui ( which after doing this, my phone starts at mi logo then remain just a few sec ) ( I cannot open twrp again )
Please help Will this be fix again or not? Thank you!

It can be easily fixed. First check if you have kate or kenzo version of RMN3. Start your phone in edl state from fastbook. Download then extract fastboot rom using 7z twice. Connect, press flash and that's it. Enjoy your beast!
It's important to note that if you flash kenzo rom over kate phone, you will have no reception. If you check, your imei will be gone, but don't temper witj changing imei, it's still there, but it cannot be red by the wrong modem files.

bro rename kenzo file and add .zip to its extension extract it and then select that folder from mi flash tool.

Thank you for helping me out, sanchit post solve my problem. It is not complicated I just missed a very important detail of flashing.

Thank you Sanchit It worked. I didn't know about it, I thought I just need to extract the zip file containing the whole rom.
