There is any way to port karnel 3.18.xx rom to karnel 3.10.xx???
I want to use Marshmallow rom on my device, my mtk is mtk6580 but karnel is 3.10.72+.
But everywhere I see that marshmallow rom is on minimum karnel 3.18xx
now how to I can use marshmallow rom on my device?
Please help me.

Hello I want to know if you can modify the stock rom rom 6.0, and if I can .. there are tutorials to be able to do it ..?
I live in the Philippines and I have a local device here which is MyPhone 32L. It has a chipset of MT6592 and kernel of 3.10.72. The problem is, MyPhone didn't release anything but we're able to have a flashable stockrom using TWRP. We can't run any custom roms except CM 12.1 based roms and other 5.1 custom roms. :crying: :crying: :crying:
Can anyone build a custom kernel for our device that can be able to run 6.+ roms or 7.+ roms? Please? Or anyone can explain me other way to run higher version of custom roms. Thank you very much! :angel:

PLEASE i need some guide here to port a custom rom for my hisense I630U device which is MSM8916 powered and recently i managed to install TWRP recovery on it. currently its running on android 4.4.4 (kernel 3.10.28) . this current stock rom is not good.so i want to change the ROM with a lightweight kitkat AOSP based ROM. . i have some basic knowledge about custom rom flashing. please, guide me through what should i do to perfectly port another rom for my device. thanks in advance !
