That i have bought a used redmi note 2
I facing the problem that i can't charge my phone...
Only if i powered off and connect charger....it's charge well....then power on with charger still allow charging well....
The only one bad thing is...if i disconnect charger and then powered off and then back on again....if i connect charger in powered on situation won't charge anymore....i've changed the USB port circuit....but nothing change....please help me how can i fix it?

I just got my redmi note 3 and charged using charger which my friend had. Charger is Xiaomi mi 5 quick charge .
When I plugged in it shown charging . After 5 minutes it is not charging. Tried with Samsung charger and the charger is making noise. Also tried with charger having led light, when I plugged the device to this charger led got turn off. After removing device led turned back on. Can anyone help me on this.
i too had the same problem.i connected to a car charger. phone stopped charging after some time. i got fixed only after sending it back to service center

Did you know what's the problem. Or what component did service center changed
seems like charging port has been shorted or something like that. I had used pickmi service.so didn't visited service center directly.

Need help with note 3 900P... everytime i plug my phone to charge it turns turns off and when i plug in usb to computer,,,, i replaced the charging port that didn't solve it so i bought another battery and charge with external charger but really to know what the issue is... thanks in advance.
2 Questions...
1. Does it get hot when you plug it in to charge?
2. Do you have a good electrical supply (original power cord, good electric supply)

I bought a Redmi Note 4, the global version, and I'm having a strange issue. Whenever I charge the phone with a USB cable that is not the original one, it charges for a short while (2-15 minutes) and then it just stops charging. If I unplug and plug the cable again, it usually starts charging again, sometimes it just doesn't charge at all anymore.
With the original cable that came with the phone, this doesn't happen at all, it charges normally.
The question is, what's the difference between Xiaomi's cable and most USB - Micro USB cables? What should I look for if I want to get an extra cable that works well with this phone?

pls someone help on an issue with redmi note 4 snapdragon 62 bit...Device is not charging or charging is not detected by the device..but it charges only once or twice in a day..I checked usb ports wall outlet, charger everything works fine. I changed roms, kernels but nothing happens...still device does not detec Jots charging

Did you try with other chargers? Like Samsung's or any other.. If its the same with others, then you should visit a nearby SC and get it fixed since it's under warranty.
I have 4 yr old redmi note 4 .. now whenever i try to charge it charge very slowly .. when i change USB cable it again become normal but after days like 10 15 days later it again start charging slowly? what is the problem in my redmi note 4? should i change its charging port? i went to repairing shop and they said that u have to change the board or else problem wont go..pls help me
Always use USB-cable that came with phone, use the wall charger.
