Hello everyone, i want to ask u something. I have a problem with app caused by AppEventsLogger.
im using Sing! by Smule, and suddenly the app has stopped, and when i tried to open the app again it just cant be opened, saying unfortunately app has stopped.
i tried to clear data, clear cache, still doesnt work, i even try to reflashing my rom, im currently on cm 13
and when i try to backup my data, there are error messages appeared, "Error Opening: '/data/data/com.smule.singandroid/files/AppEventsLogger.persistedsessioninfo' (Not a directory)
and after i clean install my rom again the problem still persist.
and im confused as hell caused i used that apps a lot.
hope anyone can help

I have S2 and tried almost all Stock and Custom ROMs from scratch but getting "An error occurred while loading the page" . First time after installing the app when I login it works properly but when I close and open again 2nd time it popups application page two times then blank page and this error appears. I tried all options even different facebook accounts but same problem. Currently I am using stock 2.3.5 but still problem is there even though everything is up to date. What can be the issue? Please help.
I get the same problem. It's been a month already.
This has rendered my facebook app completely useless.
Even now wit the 1.7.2 update released today, it's still the same.
I emailed facebook support 2 weeks ago with no answer.

Did you guys restore app+data for facebook app while switching between ROMS? This has created problem for many users.
Restore only app using titanium after flashing a new ROM.
Also, try clearing data of facebook app.
I didn't restore anything. I started from zero again after flash. I'm on a stock rom.
I did clear data and cache
Also uninstalled, restart, reinstall. Nothing helped

Same, Did all resets, fresh ROMS, fresh install of facebook etc. Nothing is helping.
when i cleared the data and it work for a while but its still the same problem
Same here with Galaxy S. For the first time in almost 15 months of use and many many stock ROMs. It was working great; next minute it wasn't. Unexplainable.
Yeah, I tried different accounts, different connections (both 3G and WiFi), reboot, clear data and cache, etc...
anybody solved this ??
I have same problem on wildfire s with different roms.. also cleared cash, all apps installed from scratch and only fb doesn't load any page from menu.. it syncs contacts and show me notifications but when i go in the app - "An error occurred while loading this page" .
I tried older version of app ( it was pre installed in EQDKP 4.6 ROM ) and updated with same results.
This version seams to work . It's crap but it works..
hey there guys, im not sure what ive done or more like ive stupidly uninstalled an important system app. im just customizing my phone i was quickly uninstalling things and i think i uninstalled some app (i dont remember or know what its called) that allows you to make phone calls, heres how it is:
i use a custom phone dialer (wp7phone) but after touching the call button it pauses for a moment then tells me com.android.phone has stopped unexpectedly.
if anyone knows whats the issue or what app it is ive deleted, would you reply back or tell me/send me the app to install back (i know how install as system app-using root uninstaller)

Hello!. im running a Samsung Infuse 4G. with the poor performance lately of the Facebook app, I used the titanium backup *root app to uninstall the preinstalled facebook app that was bundled in my droids os. Ok, since then, I flashed my phone with a new os (I997UCLB3-CWM-root-deodex-extras).. This os works great, ive used it many times before without any problems.. ok, well the problem i have is that after flashing the phone,, the facebook app will not open,, it just keeps force closing. ive tried factory resets also, still same issue. just curious if there was some way to get this app working again? the second issue,, after flashing, when you reboot the phone, a notifacation box pops up that says: SYSTEM UIDs INCONSISTANT -- UIDs on the system are inconsistant, you need to wipe your data partition or your device will be unstable. Ok, on the bottom of this message box is a small box that says "im feeling lucky". Ive tried a factory reset,, still same message... ??????????
I dont know what the problem is and it is driving me crazy, i tried flashing stock rom, a couple of custom roms and the usual fixes i came upon such as android web view or clearing cache and data do nothing. I even checked for bad blocks, the internal and external memory both. The apps that usually crash are facebook messenger, settings, gallery and plenty of others until i restart my phone when they start working for a couple of hours and then crash again. I also lose network sometimes and my alarm does not go off. I am desperate, if anyone has experience with this, your help of any kind would be kindly appreciated.
Just a slight update on the situation, reflashed a stock rom again, still the same problem, gapps crashing, instagram and many other apps, i noticed my gallery wont save pictures either of screenshots or from camera when the problem occurs
Since there is no help for me, does anyone know something i can discover the reason for the crashing, a logger or something like that? I tried watchdog but it also crashes and doesnt provide me with a log
I used logcat to log the errors, but i dont know what they tell, i notice many are sqlite database and sth like that

I found a lot of those questions but all of them remain unanswered or there are answers like wipe all cache and stuff.
It's really weird, cause this problem is still unanswered, and device doesn't matter, I have a Huawei, for example.

I'm not going to be of any help but I've got the same issue as well right now down to gallery not saving pics. It's frustrating as hell. Ironically,c the apps I use that might help out are crashing. I'm doing the 'turn off, empty cache etc but now I'm going to try re installing busy box pro. Don't ask me, it's a shot in the dark. Why is there nobody out there?
Oh by the way I have a Samsung A5 2017. Custom Rom Revolution
One thing I did prior to flashing Revolution was to remove bloatware with a script.
Have same problem with a ZTE Blade L2, I try flash custom recovery via fastboot and I received this error: partition 'recovery' not support flash. When clear data and cache, the system boot with all files and info, if deleted some files from de internal memory, reboot and the files still remian in the internal memory. Look like the internal memory is blocked and unable to write data. Going to search about his error
Hi everyone. I recently bought a new Honor X8a phone. I installed WhatsApp and restored my data (5.1GB). However, if I close the app and try entering again, it will get stuck on the home screen with the WhatsApp and Meta logos and sometimes it will get the "WhatsApp stopped responding" error. I have tried deleting the cache, forcing the app to close and rebooting my phone. I have given the app all permissions, rebooted my phone, uninstalled and re-installed the app multiple times and I even factory reset my phone. I don't know what else to do anymore at this point, as all the solutions I've encountered consist of clearing the cache and forcing the app to stop.
Edit: I've noticed that, as soon as I delete the data, it will work normally. Could there be an issue with the backup files? I know this issue has happened with 2 different backups
