also i have got unlocking permission before 1 months ago, but i didn't unlock my bootloader yet. can i unlock it now or i have to reapply for permission...

a : Yes flashing fastboot developer/beta rom through EDL/ Download mode with MiFlash Tool

a : You don't need reapply permission if you're already get permission before..you can unlock your bootloader anytime (but still the rules is just one device/ month)

Is there any way to root redmi note 3 without unlocking the bootloader.
U could download the official china developer ROM, root access is already included.
Only English and Chinese language are supported tho as far as I know. And u will lose ur data because a wipe is necessary.
Download the file and update via updater app.
Or just unlock your bootloader unofficially/request an official unlock. Guides for that already exist on here.

You are able to get CM13, however I do not know the method as I do not have the Special Edition.
FIRST you need an unlocked bootloader ant twrp installed. After that you just need to flash cm13 the traditional way and flash RN3 SE modem to get wifi and sim working. If you read a bit you can find this info on the forums and more. You are welcome.

official unlock doesnt work. for no one. 99% of the people it stays at 50%.
so u must use the un official way to unlock.
U must wait 7-8 days.After that you may be able to unlock it officially.It took about a week for me to successfully unlock it after receiving unlocking permission.

You need to apply for official unlock here http://en.miui.com/unlock/ After you get permission you can use unlocker tool to unlock bootloader. Than you can flash TWRP recovery and and Supersu.zip via TWRP. Unlock permission can take some time 2 to 3 days to 1 week. There is also unofficial unlock but i suggest you to go for official unlock. Please refer to the link given below.

Previously I was able to unlock bootlocked bootloader officially.But while flashing flyme 6 os my phone was bricked.and I unbricked my device by edl method flashing.Now the bootloader is relocked.What to do?is there any sortcut method than official? Plz help me guyzzzz

If u officially unlock just use latest mi unlock tool it will work directy, if you are stay with same mi account

Just sign in with same account you have unlocked previously
Use mi flash to unlock, it will take 10 to 15 seconds to unlock your bootloader

Hello. I have Redmi Note 5 Plus MIUI 10.0 Global Stable 1.0.4.0. i have locked bootloader. When i go to xiaomi unlock i don't need to ask for permission to unlock ,i am right at page for download app. I can bind my account without problems in Mi Unlock. Can i unlock my bootloader?

Same here but when trying to login in pc it's checking for permission and after that showing account application area query failed
