Hi everybody,
I have huawei g610 running android 4.2.1
Yesterday, the device starts to restart itself endlessly as soon as it starts up.
I removed the sim and memory cards, I went to recovery mode, restore factory settings and wiped cash partition then restarted the device . I found that factory settings were not restored !!!!!!!!
I repeated the previous steps but I got the same results. Now my phone keeps restarting endlessly.
Can anyone helps me as I have very important contacts on the phone.
Did you wipe data partition.
If you do this you will loose all your data (sms contact call...) but maybe you fone will work again.
If you have saved you contact in goofle acount maybe you can get it back after wiping data
Nb.sorry for mu bad english.i speak french so .....

Help... I accidentally ran my phone completely dead, upon restarting it, and plugging in charger, it turned on and then off. Now i'm getting a message that reads: ENCRYPTION UNSUCCESSFUL encryption was interruppted and can't complete. As a result, the data on your phone is no longer accessible. To reume using your phone, you must perform a factory reset. When you set up your phone after the reset, you'll have an opportunity to restore any data that was backed up to your google account. I do not want to lose anything on my phone most importantly my pics, music, and contacts. frankly i don't want to lose anything on my phone. I tried flashing the 4/23 over to see if that would have worked but to no help. Any ideas? PLEASE!!
Also should mention that i can access CWM. I can see all of my past nightlies, and my last back up...in CWM. Should i restore my last backup, will that fix the issue and not lose my internal things?
Hi every one,
I have an HTC Amaze 4G phone which I had rooted properly and flashed speed rom successfully. I had an issue with the phone's contacts so every now and then the contacts memory goes blank and shows "Zero Contacts". After a few minutes it comes back to the original state and shows all contacts again. I tried to restart the phone when the issue occurred but it did not help. I thought I might have installed a software which is causing this issue so I did a factory reset.
After the factory reset, to my surprise, my phone was unrooted. I can't understand why that happened? Can anyone please tell me the solution to both problems?
re-root

During Factory Reset, root gets overwritten being in one of the system folders. As for contacts, there may have been corrupt contacts. If your contacts are backed up to google, then now that you've run factory reset, they should be fine. You can test the contacts after each install you do to find out if there is an offending app.
Hi everyone,
I have a moto E 1st gen with OS 5.1, suddenly one day it decided to not recognize the sim card and won't connect to Wifi either.
I took me some time but i could solve the problem, I did factory reset, I wiped the cache; it didn't work. I took it to service to get the simflex replaced, it didnt work, they checked other hardware parts, they couldn't solve it.
I did another factory reset in the meanwhile the phone began behaving weird;it would restart a lot and all apps began to crash.
I decided to go the hard way and flashed 4.4 through the computer.
Good news: SIM card and WIFI working again, yeiiiii!
bad news: OS boot, ask me for the language and a wifi and all the initial stuff; apps keeps on crashing a lot until the device reboots a minute after; and it ask me for the initial configurations again. and it does this again and again and again....
I checked on internet and all pages says that the app-crashing problem is usually a cache issue, the solutions are wiping cache or doing a factory reset; but I already had, several times.
someone told me the rebooting could be a power button issue, since the device had been opened a few times maybe the button got damage; but It won't explain why apps crash like crazy.
I'm out of ideas now, if you have an idea what could it be, comment below please and thanks.
Flash all partitions of your device with the factory images of your device, then wipe userdata partition and cache partition, dont forget that you need flash the 3 partitions of system sparce chunk, and erase the modemst1 and modemst2
I flashed manually; didnt use a flashfirmware.bat that I downloaded somewhere; and the phone is like new. thanks
I stumbled upon a problem with my Alcatel Ideal 4060A AT&T and i'm only posting this question here after spent hours researching this forum and googling with no luck so I'd appreciate any help.
So the problem began one morning, phone froze and after restarting it reboots normally but after about 20 seconds it starts a cascade of errors:
Unfortunately, Joy Launcher has stopped .. OK
I press OK
Unfortunately, Email has stopped.. OK
I press OK
Unfortunately, Browser has stopped.. OK
I press OK
Unfortunately, Exchange Services has stopped.. OK
i goes like this for all processes.
Process system isn't responding, DO you want to close it?
it's an endless loop and phone is unusable .
I tried hard resetting, restore to manufacture defaults with the holding power + volume up way, choose wipe data/factory reset . It says it is resetting to factory defaults, it goes through like normal but after the reset nothing changed. the installed apps are still there and so are the errors. even the factory restore is corrupted.
I also tried rebooting and using that 20 second window where the phone works normal and go to settings>Backup andReset, Facory data reset > reset phone . it's very odd it asks to set up a new password, I type any password and it goes to factory reset but nothing changes after the reset.
Now after researching I found out it's possible to try flashing the boot and restoring with factory img. tried without success because I can't root the phone.
Please let me know what I can do, other than using it as a paper weight.
Thank you
If I was you I would follow super guide for the Alcatel ideal, to get twrp, unless you already have it. Then , re install rom

What did you do before your phone began giving such errors?
hello guys
i hv a weird problem i was using my phone and suddenly the phone crashes and keeps rebooting so i desided to wipe data and after wiping it still boot looping and much worse a reset phone screen pops up after every wipe data and keeps showing me this error
Encryption Unsuccessful Encryption was interrupted and can't complete. As a result, the data on your phone is no longer accessible. To resume using your phone, you need to preform a factory reset. When you set up your phone after the reset, you'll have an opportunity to restore any data that was backed up to your Google account.
note ( it's non rooted phone ) / hope you guys help me
That's a big problem. Download the MIUI ROM from their website, flash it via Mi Flash Tool. There are many tutorials there that can help you.
