Those problems were mentioned multiple times.
As for download: Find "Downloads" app and open it > go to settings > scroll to "no limit".
Recording: Select your region as China or Mainland China.

Wow, I would have never found that. :good:

Google play store stopped
My play store is stopped. I can't download anything from play store. Also I can't login to my Leeco account. Please resolve my issue.

Additionally, if you want to keep your region set to USA (this, for example, allows for differentiated notification icons on status bar) and still be able to record calls, you can download a third-party call recording app, since call recording on this phone initially works only when region is set to China.
I use an app called Cube Call Recorder. Besides many other nice settings, it includes a floating widget which appears every time you place or receive a call, so you can record calls on demand, instead of having to use an app that records all your calls, which is annoying and takes a lot of storage space.
You can get the app here: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.catalinagroup.callrecorder

This method does not work for EUI 5.9 26S. I am using 26S for Le Max 2. Download Manager blocks google play store downloads after some time. Generally I can download 30-50 MB, than it stops. I choose unlimited from downloads app, I freezed download app, nothing helped.

[Q] Unable to download from Google Play

Hello,
I am using HTC explorer (Android 2.3.5) for about a month now. For the past 2 days I am facing a strange problem. I am unable to download apps from Google Play via internet pass through. I am able to browse the internet but when I try to download any application, a grey bar appears saying "Waiting for network" and it never ends. I am able to download the same apps through Wifii. I tried all the possible solutions to make this work (hard reset, soft reset), but found no luck. I changed the default 2GB sd card with a 4GB sd card same days back. But even after that I was able to download via internet pass through. This is little strange. Can somebody help me in this respect.
Thanks in advance,
Nirmal Kumar Bhogadi
Try to clear cache and data of play store
I'm having the same issue. I've used internet pass through on my EVO 3D for quite a while, thinking about changing plans to less data. Pass through works fine for almost everything, but suddenly won't download Google Play updates. But if I clear data and cache, it then thinks there is no update. It is as though it updated, but doesn't recognize it as having completed. The one thing I haven't been able to update ever by PT is new maps for CoPilot Live. It absolutely insists on wi-fi.
Clear data from google services framework, fixes most problems with Google apps.

Thanks for your replies guys!!!
I cleared the data of google services framework, play store but still the problem exists. I am still unable to download from play store via internet pass through
SOLUTION
Hi there,
go to settings> applications>put a tick mark or select unknown sources . Ur problem wil be solved.
Thanks G_IVAR, for posting a reply. But the option is already checked. The only way is working is to settings--> applications--> Manage applications--> Google Play Store and click on Uninstall updates. The Play Store disappears on the phone and the Old market appears. Now when i try to download any application (with internet pass through), the download starts (making me happy) and disappears within 5-10 seconds. When I check my phone this time, again Google Play appears instead of Market. I think the Google guys have made something so that the market apps doesn't download with internet pass through (with a USB cable).

This probably won't help, but I'm curious. What happens if you go to Google Play via a PC and try to do a remote install that way?

Thanks for contacting us about this issue- it sounds like you're having general connectivity issues. It's frustrating for us when users have problems with connectivity, because there is only so much we can do before you need to contact your service provider. However, I'd like you to try the following troubleshooting steps to resolve this quickly:
- Reboot your device
- Confirm that the app Google Authenticator is up to date - visit Google Play, then tap My Apps to see if you have an update available
- Sign in and out of Google Talk to restore connection to our servers:
1. Go to your device’s app launcher, and press the Talk app
2. If you’re already signed into Talk, press Menu, and then touch Sign out
3. Launch Talk again to sign in (if you are unable to sign in, please let me know)
- Clear the cache of the Google Play Store app (Settings > Applications > Manage applications > All > Play Store > Clear cache)
- If you're using WiFi, ensure firewalls are not blocking access to ports required for Google Play (TCP and UDP 5228)
- Confirm that there is strong connectivity on your device, and contact your mobile service provider if you aren't connected
If none of these steps resolve the issue, please let me know, and I will continue to investigate the problem - any other detail you can provide about the issue and how/when it occurs will be extremely helpful. Have an excellent day.

hi
you can try this apk (i personally trust this website but download at your own risk):
the direct apk(first allow install from unknown sources in security settings and then install the apk using a file manager like es explorer):
http://www.androiddrawer.com/downlo...=no_antivirus&id=0B8muzPZAeiQ6TWxwdTB2NjFlS1U
the website where i took the link :
http://www.androiddrawer.com/8931/download-google-voice-0-4-2-72-app-apk/
if you prefer here is a way to get country restricted content on play store (i didn't test it) :
http://advicesacademy.com/guide/how-to-install-country-restricted-apps-from-google-play-store/
you can also get apks from 3rd party play stores just like 1mobile market (there are many just google):
http://market.1mobile.com/?cid=9
i hope i helped you
and i also advice you to keep important app apks in your sd card to install them again when you need them for that you can use backup apps like app backup and restore (from play store ) .

[Q] Option to 'download music to Android Wear' not available in Play Music app

Hi
I bought this watch a few days ago and recently found out about a feature of playing music on the Wear device. So i happily went to the Play Music app on my Moto G to enable the option that downloads music to android wear but there is no option there.
Is there something wrong and is there any other of transferring music to the Wear.
PS - Its noteworthy that there is no Music in the Indian Play Store
If anyone is seeing this :-
I solved the issue.. What i was suspecting was correct.. The option to download music to android wear is available only in the US and some other countries' version of Play Music app.
I used Psiphon amd fake gps to access the US store, downloaded the US version of the Music app and got that option.
This is really unfair to users not living in the US and some other countries.

Yes, but its useless because the music you can download to android wear should be bought from Google Play Store i.e. you cannot transfer the music from your phone library to the wear device, it must be bought and downloaded from Play Store.
Any ways the process to access US Play Store is
1) Go to Developer Options and enable 'allow mock locations'
2) Download 'Fake GPS Location' app from Play Store and set the location to North America
3) Download 'Psiphon' from Play Store and tunnel the whole device to United States granting force root access.
4) Now is the most boring part, create a Google id and in that give addressees and phone numbers of US. Give the address and phone number of any hotel in the US
5) Next is to remove your current Google account on your phone and add this fake id.
6) Then clear the Play Store date and cache.
7) Enable Fake GPS Location and Psiphon
8) Open the Play Store, accept terms and conditions, Link your fake US id and enjoy US Play Store
What if i just download the apk of a us version of playmusic, will that work

[GUIDE] Temporary fix for the google play store hanging in waiting for network.

Hello guys.
Many users, including me, stumbled across this problem the past couple of days.
There seems to be an issue with the latest Google Play Store version, which becomes stuck on waiting for network if you try to download something at random times.
This is very frustrating but I found a fix, although temporary until Google updates the play store.
WARNING: This requires root. Also I am not responsible for any damage that happens to your phone, proceed at your own risk as always.
Without further ado, this is what this fix is about:
Go to apps, press the three dot menu on the top right, show system apps, and find Google Play Store.
Once in Google Play Store, press remove updates, or disable and enable the app again, both ways work.
If you see in the notification bar that Google Play Store is updating, CANCEL IT.
Now, this is where is gets interesting.
Normally the Google Play Store will update itself, but we want to stop that until a later date where a fix is pushed out.
Download the app called MyAndroidTools.
Open the app and select the service menu, press system.
Scroll down to Google Play Store.
Find a switch named SelfUpadteChecker and turn it off.
Voila, your play store will now be working properly.
REMINDER: This is not a permanent solution, remember to check again if the play store is fixed at a later date to enable the switch again and update to the latest version.
Have a nice day all.
EDIT 3/4/17 : I found out that these switches may further help stop Google Play store from updating.
Again use at your own risk.
AsldListener
MaintainanceWindowJobService
RescheduleUsingAlarmManager$CheckWifiAndAutoUpdate
RescheduleIUsingBroadcast$AutoUpdateRecheckFrorBroadcast
RescheduleUsingJobScheduler$CheckPreconditionsAndAutoUpdateJobService
SeflUpdateCheckerScheduler$SelfUpdateCheckerTaskService
EDIT 5/4/17, second way.:
I still recommend the first way because it seems the issue is still not resolved, but this may appeal to users who want something less intrusive or don't have root.
I found out that the issue is not yet resolved with the latest google play version, but I was able to make play store work again with the following :
Cleared data of Download Manager with Titanium Backup.
Clered data of Google play services with Titanium Backup.
Rebooted.
I have no idea if this will last, but I was able to download apps after this, without touching the latest verion of Google Play Store.
If you wanna be extra safe uninstall updates from play store as well, but this worked for me without doing so.
Update: 7/4/17:
Zte announced a new software update, namely B02, which should fix this issue without any user actions required.
Thanks @Choose an username... for reminding me.
Hope it works.
Thanks!
What I did was to download an earlier version of the Play Store, install and before running it for the first time, I disabled the SelfUpadteChecker.
But for some reason, the Play store still tried to download the update, it just crashed after the download. The funny thing is, during the 5 seconds between starting Play Store and the crash, I was able to download an app update.
Which version of Play Store should I use?
Just to clarify, I use the Chinese firmware, so I cannot remove updates, it is not a system app. I can only uninstall it completely.
.
Thanks man. It is working on me right now.
Glad it does.
If it helped hit that thanks button.
I'll update it soon with some further findings as well.

unbrick one is my friend's. it is cn version, mine is good.
It doesn't require a root. Just cancel updating after you uninstall updates and you are good for some time at least.
On mine, it seems to use the Download Manager app for ALL downloads, including the Play store. If you go to the settings in Download Manager, you'll see a "Download files only via Wi-Fi. Untick that box and Play Store starts working properly again.
I can only assume that the crappy Download Manager is intercepting and controlling all download requests.

I doubt it, it can't work on a supposedly uncertified device and all of a sudden stop working.
Or the device showing up as certified and all of a sudden becomes uncertified.
I personally think a play store update is broken most likely, because it has been reported from rooted and stock users, plus on other devices rather than the Axon 7 as well.
Guide updated.
@nfsmw_gr You should prolly write down somewhere in the OP (preferrably big, and where it says that it is not a permanent solution) that ZTE announced an upcoming B02 with fixes including this one.
It shouldn't be too far away since it has already rolled out to Chinese versions.
thanks for the fix though

Can't download apps from Play Store without Wi-Fi

Hi everyone,
A few days ago my phone suddently refused to download any apps from the Play Store using mobile connection. When I do that, the download is marked as pending and never downloads, ever after waiting dozens of minutes.
I tried to force close and clear data of the Play Store, of the Play Services too, to reboot several times, I checked my preferences to ensure apps can be downloaded using WiFi (still the message does not show it's waiting for a WiFi connection but just waiting for... i don't know what).
If I start a download using mobile connection and then connects to WiFi, the download will stay as "pending" and never download. I have to click the "Install" or "Update" button on the applications while I'm _already_ using a WiFi connection. Also, WiFi downloads may be a lot slower than they used to be, some parts of the applications downloading at like 100 kb/s while if I go into another app the real network speed is most around 800 kb/s.
Any clue on how to solve this problem? I checked a lot of guides to solve it but none of the proposed solutions worked :/
EDIT I'm using MIUI 10 ROM, Global Stable 10.3.7 (no root, stock kernel)

I already did that but that doesn't work :/
since you didnt mention Rom / i am going to assume that you are on MIUI 10.x
goto setting and installed apps and then select playstore , Clear CACHE and CLEAR DATA and UNINSTALL UPDATES. miui have only 20mb download limit which if the cache folder is full (including the update) miui refuces to lot more space since in MIUI , google play is third party app
once cache/data is cleared and updates are desabled, open playstore and download apps now! , but the problem is playstore keep updating itself automatically so every time you will face this issue you have to repeat the process
Try changing to differen MIUI build (globa stable or Eu)
OR start using APKPURE store, which is alternative to playstore (temporary solution)

I already did all you said that doesn't work, even on previous Play Store versions downloads won't work on mobile connection (that worked a few days ago and suddenly stopped working, I don't know why).
I have a lot of data on my phone currently so I'd prefer no to change ROM ^^ Else I would already have performed a factory reset but I don't want to re-configure everything as I already did that a few days ago :|

use MIGRATE or Titanium Backup(not free) to extract settings/data of all your app and store it on SD CARD (not internal storage) later if you reset your device or reflash Miui or try different MIUI version/build you can simply flash migrate file (should be in Gb/s) from Twrp
So finally, after MIUI started to show up a message telling my microSD card must be formatted in order to be used (while it worked perfectly fine when I plugged in in my computer), I decided to switch ROM and ended up using Pixel Experience (Android 10, beta) so now it works perfectly fine
