Yours appears to be a universal CID and S-Off. Is this a predelivery model?

Not sure whether you still like people to post their "fastboot getvar all" logs. Anyway here are mine.
Stock HTC One from 3 Austria. No unlock, root, etc. Too my surprise it is SIM unlocked though.
Edit: sorry, didn't realize that I'm on the T-Mobile forums.

Sorry, wrong thread
Guys.. I am on HTC ONE DUAL SIM (802w).
I follow this guide to get back to stock (of course, using CID's and links for my phone).
I have changed CID, but I cannot flash firmware:
Code:
C:\Users\Roberto\Desktop\Android>fastboot flash zip PN07IMG_M7C_DUG_JB_50_HTCCN_
CHS_CU_1.12.1402.1_Radio_1237.17.18.0423_release_318980.zip
target reported max download size of 1542111232 bytes
sending 'zip' (866593 KB)...
OKAY [ 40.045s]
writing 'zip'...

(bootloader) zip info parsing...
(bootloader) Read zipped android_info fail

My phone is:
S-OFF
Tempered
Superuser
Unlocked Bootloader
Please advise
Raw data
What if I get only a list of partitions (?) with the label "Raw data"? In other words, how can I get fastboot to work?

Quite sure you need to be S-off first
So here is how I made my phone useless.
1.unlocked bootloader
2.s-off through sunshine
3.flashed tmo_fw_4.19.531.10.zip in ruu mode this is where it broke.
4.flashed 7.15.401.1_firmware_darkboot.zip made htc boot freeze instead of looping
5.I formatted system in an attempt to delete root so now i have no OS
Phone info ATT htc one m7 prev on lollipop. IF I could get any advice on how to get my phone working again that be awesome cuz Its been hours of frustration.
