Anyone has any idea if this is possible? I have check the spec for F700s is same as H850.

Did you try it? If you did what are the results?
I did several times, no problem.
Is there any way to convert my Lg g5 h860n to the indian(or other) firmware on nougat so that i can use VoLTE on Relience Jio.? If there please help me out or direct me to any guide.. Tried finding on xda but couldn't find an answer.
I imported this phone from Hong Kong.
Follow this forum , h860n can be flashed to H860N Hong Kong , read guide carefully has two file one has the A has volte and B has no volte

And it shows that that guide is for h860 and my mobile is h860n.

both h860 and h860n supports for the flashing the rom.

Were you able to make VoLTE work with Reliance Jio? I am also looking for the same. But, mine is a T-mobile (H830) version. Currently, I am using it with Jio4GVoice.
I just bought a LG G5 H860. From what I understand it's the Dual SIM version of the H850. However, all of the ROMs listed in this forum are for H850.
Can I use the same ROM for my phone or I'm just out of luck and there's no ROM for my phone? If there's a custom ROM for my phone please let me know. Thanks.

no don't , the h860 has a locked bootloader by LG
Hello I have a LG G5 H820 AT & T, and it is on a software update screen and I have not found how I can retrieve my device. Can you help me? It already logs into the Software Update screen.

Hi there,
You are not advised to attempt flashing ROMs that are not meant for your model.
If you own a H860N, only flash ROMs for H860 or H860N. Do NOT try flashing H850 ROMs to a H860/H860N or your phone will be bricked.
