Hello, i have problem with front camera. In stock camera app everything works great but when i try to video call by skype or viber or somethink else camera is very very dark. People cant see me on screen cause is very very dark. How to solve this problem?
What's rom do you use ?

Hello folks, you can check on Guide Discussion Redmi 3, but it goes to Root user, but if you non root user, maybe you will need update your ROM IF your ROM is still on MIUI

I Gifted this phone Elephone p9000 to my girlfriend and after updating it, she is facing the same issue as you are, the camera goes dark or low light when she uses apps that utilize front cam seems the update wasn't optimized properly.

I'm having video lag during whatsapp video calls front cam works perfect the problem is in back cam only and there is no issues with Oreo roms but with all the pie roms I'm facing this issue . Is anyone else having this issue. please help

U can't do a video call if your camera2Api is enabled...
If u wamt to fix it..just disable camera2Api
But after that u won't be able to use google camera
Hello Everyone. Recently I am facing a serious bug on my camera App in Pocophone F1. I was recording some slowmotion video and after recording it once I wanted to re-record it as It was not recorded well. so I wanted to check it , when I clicked on the video thumbnail(when you're in the video mode on the stock app there's a little circle shape thumbnail) It was white. and I clicked it and nothing happened. So , Later after 10 sec it showed me the thumbnail and started to work.
also the same day I had to face the same issue with regular 1080p 60fps video.
on previous 10.3.4 MIUI I never faced that Issue.
are you all facing the same issue ?? Or Am i the only one who is facing this.
what can i do to get rid of it ?? Please give me a solution.

This issue exists for a while now, has anyone found it why it is happening? By what it seems like it may be a hardware issue than a software issue as it's also happening on GCAM 7. I wonder if a patch would fix this issue if someone has find out what's causing it.
There is no stable gcam available for vince till now .. each app has some issues with it .. either it crashes or video wont work or the front camera won't click images and if clicks it will be blurry af with green and pink noise . If any one know any working stable gcam please provide the link .

I'm kinda confused.
Soo I'm on PE+ latest on my Pocophone F1.
Soo because of this all lockdown situation i was asked to install zoom and attend classes, you get the idea.
Now the problem is when i try to join a meeting on zoom and turn on my video IT OPENS UP MY IR CAMERA.
Not the normal camera , the IR CAMERA.
And if i try to switch nothing happens and sometimes the app crashes when i hit the switch camera button.
Is there anyone who know about this and can help.
I cant attend any meeting with my IR camera, i look like a freaking ghost through that camera.
If confusing, i didn't even know that we can access the IR camera like that.
Facing the same issue with my PE+ Poco F1 too. Please help

Same here only Zoom failing every other app is perfect, Pocophone on the last version of software (Clean Install)
