Hi guys, as you all know many of us are using two sim cards and are facing issue 'system out of space' issue. Do we have a procedure to repartition the internal storage to increase the space where apps are installed.?????

Hi, I'm having some issues with the internal storage of my Galaxy S II
I'll start by noting that I don't have an external SD card inserted, what I'm trying to accomplish is using the internal storage of the device.
As everyone knows, the GSII has around 11.5GB of available internal storage, and 2GB of system storage (all part of the device's 16GB total internal storage). Anyway, normally when I download an app, it's installed to that 2GB reserve, which fills up quickly. In theory, I should be able to easily move the apps from the 2GB partition, to the ~11.5GB one using the inbuilt move to SD card function under Settings>Applications>Manage Applications>*application*, but I get a "Failed to move application: not enough memory" error. I've also tried using App2SD, and have read a few guides online on this issue (with the GSII and others), to no avail.
I was wondering if anyone could shed some light on to how I can move the application from the 2GB partition, to the ~11.5GB one? Any help would be greatly appreciated
Thanks
Hello experts,
I have a question regarding my phone's internal memory. My new android 4.2.1 phone has 32GB of phone storage, but only 1.5 gigabytes of that is allocated to the "internal storage" partition for app installations etc. The rest is used as an internal SD card for data storage. I also have an actual SD Card of 32GB.
I find the 1.5GB of internal storage a little bit too low and I fear to run out of memory in a few months of intensive use. As I have a large external SD card it is a bit useless for me to also have a huge internal SD card partition and I'd rather add some of that to the 1.5GB of internal storage for apps.
I have googled for quite some time now, but I can only find threads of people trying to extend their internal storage by partitioning an external SD card. This is NOT the same as my problem as my phone storage is large enough but just not properly allocated in my view.
So my question is as follows: is it possible to add a few GB's from my phone storage to my internal storage?
Thanks in advance!
Sander

Hi all,
i have some question
today i got a message "Storage Space Running Out"
i have internal card with 12 gb, and external card with 8 gb
one solution that i found is to partition the internal card, install link2sd app and link all the apps to the partition that i made
so, this what i did.
after i did that, i increased the memory but still not much i have now 350 mb free
first question is why it happens? i had this problem few times, what can i do to solve this problem?
second, after partition internal card i cant see external card no in the device and no in the computer
thank you!
I recently rooted my Android phone which is a china smartphone and i found many advantages with rooting my phone.
I currently installed link2SD application so that i could be able to link my internal memory to my SD memory so that i could free my internal memory. This resulted in being able to download various applications that before i couldn't as i didn't have enough storage on my internal phone memory. \
Yesterday i went to use my camera app and i got an error saying that i didn't have enough phone memory available so i went to Settings>Storage and noticed that i actually had 2 partitions in my phone excluding the SD card. I had a Partition for the phone and another for the internal. My question is, is there a way i could remove my phone memory partition and allocate the space to the internal memory?
Sorry but im quite a noob and new to this forum, any help is greatly appreciated,
Sincerely, D.
Hey there, i have a problem with my h850 LG G5!
I want to move all my app data (asphalt8,...) to my adopted SD whitch i created with ADB. But when i say Migrate Data, it stops with "not enough space" but thats wrong. How can I move it without Root? IS there any other method? Does editing the build.prop with the ro.lge.adoptable_storage thing help too?
Hope you can help me fast.
Thanks in Advance!!!
What does your Storage saying?
Hi.
I've splitted the sd in 2 parts: adoptable Storage and a part as portable storage.
I can move apps to my adoptable Storage which works, but when I move asphalt, it only moves 50mb (the apk itself) and the /data for asphalt (1,2gb) stays and chills on my fu***ng internal memory. Migrating the data would fix this, but it doesn't work. It copies the full internal sd on my adoptable Storage BUT it doesn't delete it from the internal storage with the error "not enough space", which is not true because I have 12gb left on my internal storage. Now I have duplicated 2gbs on my adoptable Storage and I can't delete those. I don't want to try it again because then 8gbs are full. I tried that 3 times and in the German forum Android-Hilfe the other guys have the same problem.
Thanks.
