This is a MIUI 8 rom I created using Patchrom and SuperR's Kitchen on Linux.
I am not an expert so don't email me asking me to fix a broken camera app or something. I created this Rom for myself and if any issues arise I will look into fixing and provide an update. There are 2 versions available for download; MoonPie which is the full version and SlimPie which has minimal version of Miui Apps. However I have included a separate download if you wish to add them back.

To install this rom you must have custom recovery TWRP installed. I'm using TWRP 3.0.2.
1. Boot Into Recovery and perform factory wipe
2. Install either MoonPie or SlimPie, then wipe Dalvik Cache.
3. Flash Vendor.
4. Boot into MIUI and enjoy
5. If you want install Google Play store I have placed the Google Installer Icon on your 2nd home screen next to camera. It is in Chinese but you wont need to read it. (FYI. You will need to enable unknown sources in the settings)Just press the blue button at the bottom and away you go. Once all Goole Apps are installed you will receive a few fc error messages. Open Security/Permissions and give the Google Apps especially play store access more permissions to user accounts etc. This will stop the error messages.

If you do have any issues booting, you should know that my radio and bootloader were from android 7.0 NBD91K, so maybe try updating/downgrading your's if you have issues.

Sometimes after install Google Apps you will get error messages, about 20 or so and then they stop, or you can install a filebrowser that will let you run the FixGoogleErrorRunThisFile. I used root browser which can be downloaded from MIAppStore or Google App Store.

Question. I see it says MM. What version of MM is it security patch wise? Can a different type of gapps be flashed for Project Fi purposes? If there's no answer for these questions I will be flashing later and can test to report back so others know.

I tried it, like I said, I can't get past the Google logo on boot. Let it sit for at least 10min and nothing.

I didn't mention earlier but the Vendor must be flashed in order to boot.
Open recovery and flash MIUI. Wipe dalvik cache
Then flash the Vendor then reboot. If it boots fine go back and install Gapps.

About the Dual recovery: I don't expect it to work anywhere. I avoid it like the plague. As for the M5 kernel, I honestly have no clue. This commit is the only one that could be at fault since it's the only difference between the two ramdisks. I'll look into that when I fix the sound bug.

New build (today, 29/6). I've been trying to get sound to work for several hours. Nothing I did before worked. Ran make clean, now it magically works, what the heck.
I need somebody who actually uses their phone to call people to check if in-call sound works (and if it doesn't, if possible also submit a logcat).

Ill flash it in a minute, will get back to you as I use my phone to call

What do you mean it makes phone calls? I thought it was just for flashing Roms on and using Netflix.

for rooting the device i have to flash the old frimware 23.a.2.93
then with giefroot_v3.1 i rooted so i can boot it to recovery with Z3C-lockeddualrecovery2.8.20-RELEASE.installer
now im in recovery TWRP i flash the [D5803] [23.1.A.1.28] Lollipop 5.02, Odexed, Pre-Rooted 2.46, XZDR 2.8.15 & Xposed
now i have the newes version with root and recovery my problem start here
i download the latest version for panaroidandroid for z3c and gapps
i go to recovery first add the pa_z3c-5.1-20150629.zip(latest panaroid) then add gapss then add supersu but it doesnt flash them and give me an error how can i flash this panaroid rom? any sugestion?

Reading your "summary" it is evident that you have not unlocked your bootloader, which is clearly defined in the first post as a requirement to run this software. If you have, apologies for being assumptious, but that is all I can gather from your post.

Which GAPPS would you advice to use? I want more then just the play store one I used before haha

I just got my Z3c yesterday.
So glad to see this, the dpi scaling is absolutely horrid and inconsistent haha.

I googled "android 5.1 gapps" and just downloaded the first one. I think it's the one from the CM site though I'm not sure.
Just pick whichever one you'd like, as long as it's a 5.1 package.

Oh I meant stock rom is inconsistent. I haven't unlocked the boot yet.
Trying to read through all the drm stuff at the moment.

afew odd thing google play. services , game centre, security option wont open and crash so i can not go to google stor to update apps neither can install other app(markest) due to the crash for security option!!!!
check the update ota and it sais error rom for z3c does not exist
check the calling quality it was ok
any idea to stop all the crashes?

What version of ROM and gapps did you install (ROM version should be 7/1, gapps should be a 5.1 build, like the one here)? Did you wipe data, system, cache and dalvik-cache? (Alternatively, if all of the above is as it should be, and only then, try getting a logcat.)
The device is not officially supported by AOSPA-L (hence the tag "UNOFFICIAL"), that's why the OTA app does not recognize the device.

Thanks for getting this working on our Z3C's. Any experience on camera quality difference between this and a stock ROM with DRM keys?

I have not tested yet.

I'm testing it on N910T version i'm just getting random reboot after that samsung logo. I once had Flyme ios loading screen after it hit 100% it went to rebooting again.

So I've noticed this particular ROM has the letter 'I' in the filename, flyme_A2001_xs_6.7.6.30IR-beta.zip, which I can only assume means International. Does this mean that apps such as the Theme Store are now in English UK/US?

I'm currently using resurrection remix based on nougat. So do I need to downgrade this to marshmallow and then flash this ROM? Or is this safe to flash from nougat to this rom?

Yes it's safe

Flyme os is awesome
I've been using flyme 6 from past 1 month (chinese rom ) and it is stable than most custom roms. Today i installed International version and
pros
1) no network drops (jio)
2) no network drops when installing hike or other apps
3) rom is stable
4) extended screenshot , screen recorder and call recorder are inbuilt
5) can be used as daily driver
6) updated weekly tuesday
cons
1) average battery but can withstand one day
2) after installing update it takes too long to boot
3) apps such as music,video,themes are still in chinese.
can we install International apps directly ? if not please bring international apps in next build

Installed successfully after rebooting twice in recovery, its smooth i disabled junk i dont need and change few apps according to my need battery seems good also
How about dpi can we change it? Anybody tried what apps will give bugs on that

Changed my recovery and flashed without problems

for anyone using this rom
is it support 120hz or not and if it is support does the FPS dynamic like stock A10 or fixed like stock A11
2nd is it suitable for daily usage or not

i flashed stock A11 as said and flash this rom
when make a call the sound of the other person coming from both speak upper and the bottom one no matters i pressed speaker bottom in call app

How did you get this done? I've flashed the stock A11 rom through miflashtool and it boots entirely. When I go to flash pixel experience rom I always get error 1 and a cant mount /system_root error.

After 4 days of trying I finally got it working. Rom works good so far. I will post any issues I find on here. I had to find a different version of twrp than the one I was using. I managed to find an updated version of twrp on the eu forum for this phone. That allowed me to flash PE.

Only problem im seeing with this recovery is that after you flash the rom it will encrypt your recovery and your actual password wont work to decrypt the recovery. I was still able to flash magisk via an otg flash drive though. Im happily using PE now on my phone.

Flashing Instructions:
Download ROM
Boot to latest TWRP (V3.6.0_9-0 Official required).
Go to Wipe > Advanced Wipe. Check Dalvik, Cache, System, Data & Vendor. Swipe to wipe.
Flash the ROM zip.
After a successful flash, Go back to Wipe > Format > type yes. [Mandatory]
Reboot
NOTE
Force Encryption is Enabled by Default.
Clean Flash is MANDATORY!
Any Recovery present will be overridden by PE recovery in order to make OTA updates work as other recoveries currently doesn’t supports Decryption!
Encrypted users are RECOMMENDED not to use Custom Recoveries! Or else OTA won’t work and have to update manually through adb sideload or external storage.
If you are a decrypted user flash Latest TWRP again and follow the steps to update ROM manually.
OTA doesn’t work for Decrypted Users
Flash Latest TWRP first before proceeding for installation!

You can download the TWRP app. Search for the device name and the TWRP version. The file can be flashed from the app as well as from the recovery.

Can somebody tell me the function of recovery image on the website download section? The instruction doesn't tell to install it. I'm coming from last Pixel Experience PLus 11 ROM.

it isn't important at the end after flashing the rom recovery will be flashed automatically, and this is stable rom written on this forum i think website have to be updated.

Does PE recovery allow flashing of TWRP recovery?

i dont know how to report bugs, but im putting here, in first image the icon of link on top and icon of image on middle doesn't come automatically, i have to press an option called select in multitasking menu and after cancelling select option these buttons starts appearing otherwise dont, i recently saw in youtube video that this is working fine for other this means this bug is for me only

Will OTA work with magisk/root?

Does magisk work ? Or do I need Canary Magisk ? Also regarding OTA, is it the same as Android 11 ? Updating then flash magisk from recovery ?
