1) Open "Es File Explorer"
2) Go to the menu on the left hand corner
3) Enable Root explorer and Grant permission
4) Navigate to ( />system>media )
5) Make a backup of the three files named "bootsamsung.qmg" "bootsamsungloop" "shutdown.qmg"
6) Extract boot animation and place the files in (/>system>media )
7) Now set the permissions to read>owner,group,other and write> owner (rw-r-r-T)
8) Now we did that go into (audio>ui) folder
9) back up and replace "PowerOnn.ogg"
10) Your done! If you get stuck watch video

rw-r-r-T ( Where T is sticky)

Their is no T permission theirs only rw-r-r on mine :/ and it works without it but people have their own ways of doing it

I would suggest that u change the thread title to
[GUIDE][ROOT]HOW TO MAKE A ROM USING A PHONE
