I tried many times pairing the Dualshock 4 with the Nexus 9 via bluetooth, but it gets stuck in pairing and does not connect. No errors or anything, just hangs there, and then the controller eventually times out of new connection pairing mode.
Connecting the Dualshock 4 via OTG cable works flawlessly, but what I really hoped for was a wireless connection.
On the other hand, the Dualshock 4 connects to my Nexus 4 via bluetooth just fine, out of the box with no additional software, which is why I expected it to work the thr Nexus 9 too. Although it's not very usable.. It's perfect for a little bit, very responsive, but then it's starts to lag to a point where it's unusable... Off topic, but anyone has experience with this lag issue too?
Anyways, main question is has anyone tried to pair their Dualshock 4 with the Nexus 9 out of the box via bluetooth and got it to work? If yes, is it usable? If no.. why not?
Solved:
Sixaxis works like a champ. I used a computer to pair up the controller with the Nexus 9 for Bluetooth use by installing their pairing program, and everything works well, including the touch pad. Glad I took the Dualshock 4 over the Xbox One controller!
I recommend reading this: http://www.dancingpixelstudios.com/sixaxiscontroller/instructions.html
If followed their instructions, it should be all good. Good luck all, and happy gaming!
i have dualshock 3 controllers and have to use the sixaxis app to use bleutooth.

How does that tool work? I've read about it but haven't tried yet.. To my (limited) understanding, you'd use a computer to help pair the controller with the device for the first time, and then later on it would just pair properly every time, without the need for the computer?

excactly. its just like you need to pair up the ps3 controller with the ps3 for the first time.
after that just start the app and press the home button on the controller.
I have used 2 controllers at the same time works flawlesly.
Tomorow a friend will bring 2 extra controllers.
so i will try to connect 4 at the same time.
It will be epic playing smash bross
Same here, even after the 5.0.1 update, it still refuses to connect to my dualshock 4
Has anyone tried to connect a USB DAC or something similar like a USB headset or soundcard to the Redmi Note 2? It should be officially supported under Lollipop but what about MIUI?
Seriously, some one of you must own some kind of USB audio device? Plug it in using a USB otg cable and report your findings!
I personally use usb audio with a simple radio, using a otg adapter and everything works fine... You have to wait about ten seconds after you plug it in

Thanks! That's exactly the information I was looking for. Can you also control USB volume on your device? (This may also depend on the kind of radio you have)
That works too! My radio is not exactly the latest model, it's kinda old. Going on USB output it works just fine, and I can control the volume both from the device and the radio! I mostly use it to listen to Spotify!

That's great! Volume control is actually more likely to work with older usb audio devices since they usually don't need any special drivers. One last question, are you running MIUI 6 or 7?
Lately I want to install some emulators on my Probox2 EX+, but which gamepad controller is working well on ex+? I want to have Bluetooth and which can support?

The original MOGA Pro & the newer MOGA Power Pro (aka MOGA Pro 2) are a little pricey (~$50) but are both awesome BT gamepads. Plus they have ability to operate in 2 Modes for greater compatibility & some really good games support it such as Modern Combat 5 & Real Racing 3.
I have purchased 3 over the last few years. I use them so frequently that I've completely worn out the analog sticks on the MOGA Pro. The other two are both Power Pro and have held up really well. I switch back and forth between them or I hook up both for 2 player mode on Real Racing 3.

The tronsmart Mars G01 is another good one at around £20
Hey guys,
So I have recently purchased the global 6/128 GB version and I it looks great.
Now I am looking for a gamepad to use with this beauty.
Could you please propose some suggestions as I am not quite familiar with this type of accessory.
Thanks in advance.
Dualshock 4 + game clip + OTG cable.
It's my current setup, as I already have the gamepad.

Would prefer Xbox One Controller over Dualshock 4. Easy compatible with android phones and your windows PC. (Bluetooth)
Thanks guys. I'll consider both options.
