If you have more than one wifi network available on the note 2, is it possible to select the network to be the default network? I can connect to any network available but I can find no solution to selecting the default network. For example, there is wireless n and a wireless g network available in my location and I would like to select the wireless n network by default because it is the fastest.
Any ideas?
as what the title says, my IPv4 is unavailable when i connect to wifi network.
but i can connect to the internet via mobile data.
BUT, when i restart my phone with wifi turned on and a wifi network which it can connect, IPv4 will be detected, but my mobile data will suffer because all of my APN's will disappear, but when i restart my phone w/ Wifi off, APN's will be restored.
Help guys, im frustrated about this problem of mine.

Hi guys,
I'm trying to figure out a way to change the DNS settings for mobile hotspot. I have a Samsung Galaxy S4 and a Nexus 4. I need the mobile spot to be able to edit the DHCP settings and set the address differently.
Any suggestions on how to do it via apps or programatically?
Thanks,
Indian
Is it possible to creat a hotspot that connects to a local network instead of the cell data? I connect several devices to tab 3 tablets in vehicles i would like to connect them to my network when they are at my facility. I would like to keep them in groups and have this work automaticly, maybe by using tasker to turn off data and switich to local network by location or time ect. (make hotspot a client on my local network)
I was trying to maximize the use of the data plan we have. Say, SIM1 is with provider A and SIM2 is provider B.
Both has data plan - say, SIM1 with 20 GB data monthly and SIM2 is unlimited data but on 4Mbps speed.
So, I'd like to maximize both - say, if remote site is Youtube or Facebook, use SIM2 (as 4Mbps speed). All other use SIM1.
I had been searching but to no available. Is there such a thing?
Thank you.
BTW, current phone is Huawei and not root.
Note: The phone is capable of dual 4G, both SIM connects to 4G at the same time and both already runs VoLTE connection so they should be fine. Huawei has Dual-Sim Default 4G selector only which means it goes *either* on SIM1 or SIM2.
With the above assumption, the only missing is the 'router' part within Android. This which redirect traffic based on destination server IP - similar to a home router with multi-link capability.
Which, in turn, if there is such a thing, it maybe much much benefits that you can configure to Prefer youtube on WIFI connection, facebook on SIM1 and the rest on SIM2
