The lenovo 17tv launcher doesn't allow me to change the language to english. Currently it's available in chinese and simplified chinese. I haven't had any luck on find solution from the internet so if you guys can lend a hand that would be much appreciated.

My friend (visually impaired czech musician) has a new big tablet Lenovo Thinkvision 28" 4K (Tegra 4) with Android 4.4.2 without czech language. I have tried to install Czech (More locale 2 and many other ways - no permission) but it seems to be impossible. Do you think it is possible? If so, can you help me in the process please?
