Guys i need your help, I'm desperate, I accidentally deleted files com.mediatek from my tablet an Adj style tab 10.1 400-00056 generic android 4.4.2
I think it is in soft-brick, because I can turn it on, but it does not go beyond the loading screen. I can go into recovery mode, but I do not have a backup to recover. I'm really desperate, it is a gift made by a person dear to me, I hate to see it thrown in a corner gathering dust. Please help me!!

Search for OEM information about firmware flashing, maybe it uses fastboot, you can easily fix it.

OEM is the manufacturer, Adj maybe? I never hear about this brand.

Yes, Adj is the manufacturer. You never hear this brand because it's an "Made in Italy" tablet, but, i don't thing it's made here. I try to search something in their web site or around, but, I haven't found anything.

me thinks he already tried opening his hermes to put the ROMs in (zoolander style).

the weird thing is....
to get to this forum you most likely had to click on "hermes upgrading etc" and must have seen the link for "hermes mobile 6"

hi,
i know this an old and very good tablet but we bought last christmas for our son and it wasn't in use for a while
now my wife wouldl ike to use it.
here is the problem, when i first chrarged it i went to factory reset and it would not do it.so i tried to get in recovery mode and for the life of me it will go into recovery mode. i have tried other ways to maybe root it like , gingerbreak,superoneclick, ect but nothing.
now in the past i had it rooted but then taken it off cause the bottuns wouldn't work after i added google services. and like i said it has been sitting a while now . but everything works except the fact i cannot factory reset or reinstall the factory rom because it WILL NOT go into recovery mode. and yes to make sure i did check on the internet to make sure i was doing it right.
please help if you can, thank you .

After that i got to 80% then it failed on Odin now i'm stuck on a (soft brick) Odin Mode
My phone info
Samsung note 1 (SHV-E160L) Korean version
Any Help guides is help full By the way is this fixable?? i hope its not bricked i only got it 5~6 weeks ago

you have posted the same thread twice, I don't think that is going to change anything. most likely a moderator will eliminate one of them. you had 231 views and only 2 people attempt to help.
did you try my suggestion of posting in the sub forum in the general area? I really think you have a better chance of a response there. as I said in your other thread, I read of others who had similar problems. cant do it for you, you have to help yourself first. I understand your frustrated, but a second post in same area will not fix your problem.
the sub forum is for your device specifically.

So, I would like to know how can I root my phone. Can someone help me? I've searched for a lot of tutorials, none seemed to work.

It depends on the system version, not just Android version. Different updates will require different methods more often than not.

Hello, I had my acer running KingRoot, but due to certain requirements had to change it to supersu, so I used supersu-me. After rebooting the phone is stuck in the acer logo screen.
I've tried to wipe it, no fix, I also tried to use fastboot to clear cache and it didn't work also.
I can't find any rom for this phone and I'm pretty much lost. I really need to fix this so any help would be highly appreciated.
Any info I can provide I will, just ask for it.
I appreciate in advance your availability to help me.

Look for fastboot flash rom, then download the stock rom. maybe reflasshing the boot.img helps
