If you have a ROM supporting Substratum like Resurrection Remix (http://forum.xda-developers.com/oneplus-3t/development/op3t-resurrection-remix-n-v5-8-0-t3518525), you can theme it very easily using "Substratum theme engine" application in Play store (requires root) (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=projekt.substratum&hl=en)
Simply follow the instructions given at first opening of the app.
I choosed personally the free "[Substratum] ModernUI" theme (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=sub.kickoff.modernui&hl=en) that works perfectly without any issue with [7.1.1]Resurrection Remix-N v5.8.0-OnePlus 3T[17/12].
It is a very black theme that help preserving your battery.
I propose in this thread that interested people share their experiences by explaining which themes are working without forgetting to indicate which ROM they use.

RR has no OMS / Substratum legacy support, you can apply themes but many funtions / settings gave soft reboots! So be careful.
No rom at the moment has oms support on 3t .
That´s not really true @pro4ever - search on G+ for Tesla N. It has full OMS support

had some fc's in settings (battery, pressing the graph for instance) but the reason i removed substratum was my power button wasn't working anymore, so couldn't go to recovery for instance.
(was on RR 7.1.1 with modernui theme)

Sorry, but I have absolutely no problem with the power button: it shows the full menu including soft reboot, recovery, bootloader, restart UI, ...

FYI, I have no FC when pressing the graph in battery settings with RR 7.1.1 and modernui theme.
I guess i'll give it another try then... love the modernUI theme

Unfortunately you can only have one at a time to either CMTE or Substratum.
I can recommend Tesla which has Substratum support or stay on OOS on which substratum works partially

Not yet, apologies it should be unified soon. Till then you can stay on OOS and theme it with Substratum (just ignore framework and systemui) to avoid bootloop but if you are a pro you know how to tackle it.
I use it on my 3T on OOS 3.5.4 and one theme that works well is Swift Black

Actually when you dig into it you will see he writes a lot of his own code. Glad Camera issues got fixed so it could be released. We have some great developers in mr-cook and rogersb. Thank you guys for bringing this to this device.

I will do more work on the kernel in the future but it won't be like my s2 or n2 shift. S3 has one too that's different. What sound mods do other kernels have for this device? I'll add more govs as well. For now the only change I made to the kernel is setting it to permissive

I hear you're a themed and now I realize who you are. I was using your dark theme until I got mine going. They ware similar but mine is darker and with our blue throughout. I will get you the custom icons we use that we whited out if you'd like to add them to your theme so they turn white as well. They aren't in the source anymore since we reverted the hard coded dark we had been using

Installation:
Copy the zip to your sdcard. Reboot into recovery and flash the zip in twrp. Reboot. Enjoy.
Copy the layer apks to your device. Start Layer Manager and install layers. Reboot.

Probably deactivated, cannot find anything about it. Need a 850 port, miss my S4 & being able to flash international Roms to keep it up to date.
Unrelated but, does multi window work on the 850? Changed build prop to userdebug and the setting is there in dev options but nothing in recent panel except pin.....?

The notification/quick settings pulldown panel isn't the same width as your screenshots, in other words, it doesn't fill the screen.
In my theme the notipanel has some Nified settings. Will check why it is missing from the 830 version.

when i flash the theme i get the backround colors but the toggles stay the same..it doesnt change still the stock LG theme..teal color

Tried from different browsers and phone but it's the same.. only about 40Kbs..

Hello Everyone,
My new project - Paint It Black for EMUI 5 !
It will be, next to Dark Bloom, my second flagship theme. The goal is: full black, stock feeling, get rid of the blue!

Tested on P10 VTR-L29. Please test and report any bugs / glitches.
Installation:
- download and install EMUI Themes Factory app from the Google Play
- find your theme and install from the app
- enjoy

Just one thing: the "Battery" section it's normal that is still white, or it's a bug on my Honor 8?

Battery it's a phone manager section, not settings - which i haven't touched yet

Really good start then! Again, really love that theme!
Sometimes (on previous theme) i seen white bar when i make to show it, example: in calendar by swipe right. It looks not really good. If you fix it, ok, if not - can you? I will test this,new theme.
Generally, good work. Looks really cool.

I think you need root and some modding like xposed or something..
But @mr.mrcn correct me if I am wrong..
Anyway I would also liked the clock in the middle

I've made a magisk mod to simplify it. Just uninstall anything related to making left work, update to the latest OOS launcher in the playstore, flash the mod and reboot.

Instructions:
* Uninstall previously GoogleFeed modules and update Launcher in Play store.
* Install OOSLeft_V1.zip.
* Now you can updates the launcher from Play with out losing Google Feed:good:
Instructions for Android 9
1. Download the module flash it and reboot .
2. Go to Google play store and uninstall OnePlus launcher and disable auto-update.
3. Hit the home button.
Tip: If you want to keep the same layout of your homescreen from the original launcher, use OnePlus Switch application to backup OnePlus Launcher and after you have the modded launcher with Google Feed installed, do a restore for OnePlus Launcher from OnePlus Switch, worked like a charm. Avoids having to re-do the entire homescreen layout or app folders.

Edit: um, sorry abt this, I came across a topic saying flash via TWRP is system mod, via Magisk is Magisk module. And based on the topic name, it should be flashed via Magisk
Any way for you to make a mod to add a Google search bar in the app dock area like on the Pixel launcher?

Really good but ...the app drawer when it opens do something strange ...Is this happening to you? It's the oneplus launcher mod cause on nova it doesn't do that ..

No. Nothing strange her ?
Every once in a while it stops showing google feed.. tried everything enabling and disabling the side panel. If i choose shelf it works great. Had to restart the device..

Maybe I'm crazy but on dark theme animations are like crazy .. maybe it's touch latency and that feel more on darkness theme? Animation are 1x on develop mode, rooted with magisk 17.2 with patched boot IMG I don't remember if with stock IMG it's the same or not..
Can anyone confirm, that this mod leads to a dysfunction of V4A Sound-Mod?

V4A has nothing to do with this mod. Reflash v4a or aml.
