How to simulate a keyboard and mouse in MC:PE? - Remix OS for PC

After the latest version of MCPE, it is possible to play with Keyboard & Mouse like on Windows. But in RemixOS, the game thinks I'm not using a keyboard but instead touch. I can walk with WASD, and place blocks with a mouse click but moving and deleting blocks is very difficult. Is it possible to manipulating MCPE into thinking that i'm using keyboard & mouse controls?

Using the Keyboard Dock for Games?

Relatively new prime owner here and I just purchased the dock from best buy.
Is there any way I can use the arrow keys or WASD on the keyboard and map them to the controls of a game in an emulator or really any game with controller support?
Some of the joystick apps have means to map keyboard input to on-screen button presses. I know USB/BT Joystick does this, and I think the Sixaxis does too.
Sixaxis app works great for syncing your ps3 controller up..

USB/BT Joystick center works good to play games with keyboard
Play Modern Combat with Mouse & Keyboard
Asus Prime & Tapatalk
some games like shadowgun you can set keyboard keys for actions as if it were a computer game. More and more games are doing this because lots of people use apps like sixaxis to pair bluetooth controllers or keyboards to phones to play games.
And i would go with sixaxis personally, you can set regions of the screen to press, swype actions, its pretty awesome stuff (tho you need root for most of em)
Also unrelated but why are the 1 and 6 highlighted on the keyboard? Is there some sort of special shortcut they have?

I'd like to know this as well.. The up and down arrows are highlighted in a similar way. Any clues what that means?
Thanks!

Yes, ASUS has done this for many years on all their laptop keyboards. It's to help you identify certain important keys when in low light conditions. It makes those keys stand out from the others.
That is to say, there aren't any shortcuts to be found. It isn't a secret and there's nothing cryptic about it. Just a quick way to get oriented when the only light in the room is the screen, which is on minimum brightness.

Basically the APP should support the keys, some do, for example FPSE - PSX emulator for Android, has keyboard support.

the only special shortcut I am aware of is Shift+BackSpace - Delete key
(forward delete, not back delete, useful for text editing)

Bluetooth Mouse Cursor - Android + Framebuffer Ubuntu without turning off android ui

I'm using GT N8000 with android 4.1.2 and chroot Ubuntu Raring for my daily work.. I manage to use framebuffer as display WITHOUT turning off android UI using Linux Deploy, all went great but one thing missing is since android and ubuntu shares the same display, input problems pops in, I currently disable s-pen cursor on android so it will work best on ubuntu, as well as bluetooth keyboard.
one thing left out is my bluetooth mouse, its bugging to have dual mouse pointer on screen whenever I boot ubuntu and each didnt match others in calibration.
if only I can disable android mouse cursor just the way I can disable s-pen cursor in android, this will make a perfect machine.. now I'm stuck using only s-pen as pointing device in ubuntu to avoid erratic mouse behaviour.
I understand android have idc as input config, and I've located my dev/input for each devices, I'm looking for a way to disable mouse cursor in android to use it solely on linux
any comments are greatly appreciated :victory: thank you!

Controlling Android With Windows

For a while now, I've been using ShareKM
to control my phone from my PC when it's docked next to my monitor.
Basically the PC mouse cursor moves off the screen onto the Android screen, just like when you have dual monitors. It shows a mouse cursor on your device and also lets you use your PC keyboard to type on Android.
This seems to have stopped working on Android 4.3 as I can still see the cursor, but mouse clicks don't work. So I'm looking for an alternative. Does anyone know of any that work well?
Thanks :good:

Being Able To Map Keystrokes to Analog Stick?

Is there anyway I can make my Right Thumbstick on my controller act like it's pressing letters, rather then a proper analog stick?
(i.e. if I move the Right Thumbstick around in a circle, then I want to see letters come up, as if I were typing them.)
I've been trying to use USB/BT Joystick Center for this, but I'm having a little trouble.
When I bring up the edit mode, while in the DS emulator the app still treats the right thumbstick
as a proper analog stick, even though I re-mapped the right stick in the main app to letters
(R stick UP-M, R stick RIGHT- N, R stick - DOWN O, R stick - LEFT P)
Are there any apps that will allow me to map keystrokes to a analog stick, and be able to emulate virtual on screen controls for games, and emulators?
Huge thanks to anyone that can help out!

Have you asked Poke whether this might be possible in his support forum? I'd like to be able to treat the right analog stick on the Moga Pocket as a discreet set of 4 buttons as well so I can map touch zones to a button assignment rather than a direction.
I think there is a Moga Keyboard app on the market that can emulate keystrokes as well. Do a search for Moga on Google Play and you should get results for the official Pivot app plus a few others.
Good luck!

IR REMOTE - assign swipe function to pgup pgdw or any other key?

Hi to everyone:
First of all sorry for my spelling, i'm from Argentina and my english isn't the best.
I have a kii pro tv-box, and i also use my old atrix as a tvbox.
Most of the android apps aren't made for TV so the navigation is optimized to touch-screens
In the 2 cases, i can't use the swipe function with me IR Remotes. My 2 remotes have a mouse function but you cannot move and press at the same time.
The only solution is to have a mouse connected and drag with the button pressed.
But, i think is too much to have a mouse and a IR controller connected just for achieve one gesture.
So, anyone knows if is there an app or script or some way to map the swipe gestures (up,down, left right) to some IR buttons
Thanks in advance
Regards
No clue about an app but a simple wireless keyboar with touchpad only costs a few bucks.
You can also use a normal keyboard and mouse, wired or wireless.

Thanks for your answer!
I know about that possibilites. But i use it my bedroom so i thinkthat's a lot of artifacts for a bed.
Also, my tv-box comes with an IR remote with an internal IR receiver, so putting another thing is like just disable that accessory because i cannot use it in any other thing
So, resuming, i know about the keyboard with a touchpad alternative, i just want to know if there is a possiblity to use just the IR remote for that gesture
