My phone can't screen record using SCR Pro or even the GravityBox Kk screen record or AirShou or Az or whatever XD
What are screen recording app that is compatible with Cm11 in quattro?

Today i had found something that intresting,
through google-ing over the night,

i found a apps that capable to tap-to-focus on video recording.
What i like the apps:
tap-to-focus while video recording
polished UI
24fps
immediate video record when you tap 'start recording'
What i does'nt like the apps:
not smooth at all even it is 24fps,i don't know why,but it appear as 24fps in the video info
no HVGA resolution recording anymore,even with my previous mod
lousy sound recording
count not play on the computer,need to convert to other format to view in computer.eg:from 'mov' to 'mp4' or 'avi'
killing my previous mod and threadmad
If any guys are expert in apps edit/modify,i hope he/she could made this in
cyanogenmod's camera apps to enable HVGA recording.
Hope you guys love it too.
This is a battle between highier resolution and focus video recording.

the app(videocam illusion) are not create by me,
i'm just sharing it
I realised the app only capture video at 1fps when high light intensity,
But the tap-focus really cool,i hope someone can merge it on the cyanogen's camera

Hi Everyone,
Does anyone of you have any idea that which screen recording method or app works for our galaxy 5? (In any rom)
Things I already tried:-
->Few famous apps at playstore like - SCR screen recorder, Z screen recorder, Screencast, etc.
->Screen dumps with adb using [email protected]. (These are very slow compared to 60Hz frequency of our display and so, looks laggy)
->'screenrecord' adb command in CM11. (Seems to be a bug or our low end hardware.)
I am fully aware about the low-end-ness of our device. So, please don't give this answer in your post.
If you have any working method or any working app that can record screen then please share with me.

hello everyone, i'm trying every day to record the screen of my galaxy s3.... but i can't....
i have got the 4.3 i9300XXUGMK6
some the apps i try are:
screencast- and say "fatal error! something is prevernting screencast from running(..)"
z-screenrecorder pro- if i record for example 10seconds, the app record and i dont why 2mins and 6seconds, and dont record nothing, only lines...
scr pro -the app work, but have got a lot of brakes....
i try too using the sdk, but have brakes too...
so... what can i do more?

One way is to install a custom rom with screen recording feature which will function better than 3rd party apps. If this is an option for you, go for resurrection remix kitkat rom, it has screen recording functionality with different dpi and quality.
If you are using any fancy themes or screensavers, try to disable everything that affects your screen. This might help your recording goes smoother.

thanks, i downgrade from 4.3 to 4.1.2, i tested the screencast and work very well at some apps, but others only appear black screen... this app record a poor quality...
the SCR Pro record every app, but at some apps are slow and have got little brakes
the best movie i can record its only at 640x480....
at the resurrection remix kitkat rom can i record in hd with no delays and brakes?

U may jump to 4.4 based rom, screen record is native and can be activated by gravitybox. If i can suggest, test neatrom aosp 3.1, it's just great.

i try this, and installed, but the recording have got to many breaks.... how can i solve that?
Im now on neatrom aosp and it works fine. If u face problems also on neat try to ask on that forum. Im sorry!

secondly is there any way to theme our note2...i am rooted and currently running DN3 v4 RC2 rom with s5 mods...i have also tried hktheme manager and xtheme engine,but these are not stable enough and i frequently get systemui FC

Its the best quality Note 2 can give because Slow Motion video recording needs all different hardware and better camera plus better frame rate so even the other camera apps will provide the same quality. Just be happy and satisfied that atleast you have this feature many still don't have it.:cyclops:

btw you havent aswered the second part>>themeing our note 2
Try the lenovo camera apk, haven't tryed slow motion but it has a lot of settings.

this app does't record system sound, only mic
plz port miui screen recorder for poco aosp roms i need screen reocd with record system sounds
