Keeping it short..
This version of MultiROM TWRP fixes the infamous 'system-image-upgrader' issue when installing Ubuntu Touch Via MultiROM App.
All the required binaries and scripts are added to the recovery image to install utouch.

Thanks to :
@Tasssadar for MultiROM and @KINGbabasula for porting it to bacon.
Is it based off of NoSpamDan's build of TWRP or does it have the same patches that he included in his build?

I tried it with a few different primary roms, on jgcaap cm13 I got the stable version to boot as far as the WiFi selection screen. It just kept looping after that.

The original recovery of the Multi Rom had errors while installing Nougat Roms on secondary. It was solved by NoSpamDan with his build of TWRP. Can you include NospamDan's patches also in your Build...? It will be great to have a fully working Multirom TWRP for our Bacon.

That is probably because of the ubuntu version. Try installing some other version.. rc_proposed or stable.

Hi
This project started a month ago and now I'm releasing it!
The target is upgrading the kernel till 3.4.76.
This kernel is mainly made to let the others cherry pick commits into theirs to upgrade kernel faster! I "compressed" many commits in less.
If you are going to use it / cherry pick commits into yours please add this in credits:
Code:
KINGbabasula for 3.1.x/3.2.x/3.3.x/3.4.x kernel
This is the github link https://github.com/KINGbabasula/u8500_kernel branch master
Anyone that wants to test the kernel in STOCK ROMS can find latest release here http://goo.im/devs/KINGbabasula/GalaxySAdvance , download the zImage and flash it with Universal Kernel Flasher by frapeti (maybe you'll need to rename it to kernel.bin

Me too. Same thing, now i'm restoring stock with odin. It appeared the samsung s advance written than bootloop.
Eeeem we can also use it with stock based roms right? Not only stock roms?
For flashing procedure; place the file on root of internal storage. Then choose file from this path
Code:
/mnt/sdcard/kernel.bin
Otherwise it will say succesful but it won't flash. At least it's for me.
I was choose this path in the past.It didn't flash
Code:
/storage/sdcard
Also symlink of internal storage wasn't working for me.
Here is a kernel for stock Cyanogen OS13.x/13.0/12.1 with hardboot support (To use the stock Rom as primary Rom in Multirom)
Code:
Use my kernel only if you are sure about the risks of flashing custom Roms/Kernel to your device. I'm is not responsible for any damage caused by using one of my files.
I have attached 2 file types.
The .img files to flash it with fastboot or an kernel flasher app.
The .zip files to flash it with a custom recovery
The COS13.0 ZNH0EAS26M kernel will also work on COS13.0 ZNH0EAS2JK
The COS13.1.1 ZNH2KAS2X1 kernel will also work on COS13.1.2 ZNH2KAS3P0

If there will come another official cos update I will make a new version with multirom support.
Currently I will not add more features to the kernel because the stock kernel without any more features is currently working very fast and stable

Hi @Bauer. I have been alive because of your kernel. I keep stock ROM as stock multirom base ROM and install other ROMs. It started with your YOG4PAS1N0 kernel version. Now that there's an update...I would like to request you to update version please.I cannot update otherwise..If I do..I will lose my other ROMs.. I do not wish to use another kernel except stock one please.

The kernel source seems to be the same
https://github.com/CyanogenMod/android_device_oneplus_bacon/commits/stable/cm-12.1-YOG4P
I will check in the next days if there are changes in the init scripts.
If there are changes I will make an updated version soon.
But for now you can use my current kernel in YOG4PAS2QL too.
I use it myself without any problems

as i sais already in another thread: this is just a modified version of our beloved twrp recovery. what does this mean? twrp support not given for the new bl? then this recovery won't work aswell.

I don't know what they're smoking at the oneplus forum, but this SIMPLY DOESN'T WORK! At least on the opx, it leads to a bootloop, same as what would occur if you tried to flash twrp on the community builds of OOS and H2OS...

Plus 1.
Recovery made in june while 3.1.0 oss and the new hydrogen oss is out in aug. So the answer is obvious.
This is LineageOS, the successor of CyanogenMod. It's compiled using the (also selfcompiled) uber toolchain and using official sources.
One thing though: I'm not a developer. I just recompiled the ROM. So if someone finds a bug and has an idea how to fix it, please tell me.
Before coming to the download links, special thanks to @michael_ch for the docker template I used to build this ROM!

If something important changes, I'll put a changelog up here. If there is no changelog, you can have a look at https://github.com/LineageOS/android_device_oneplus_oneplus2/commits/cm-14.1
20170208:
Cleared my build directory this time, so no inbuilt root anymore. SuperSU works like a charme (but you can also use LineageOS root zip, go get it from their website if you want it).
20170202:
I never cleared my build directory, so there is still inbuilt root in this ROM. As soon as I do, it will disappear.
20170122:
This is valid for 20170118 as well: There won't be any root baked into this ROM anymore due to http://lineageos.org/Update-and-Build-Prep/. To have root, you will have to flash SuperSU. This means it should be possible to use apps on this ROM checking for the existence of su binaries if you don't flash any root zip (never tested by me though).
20170118:
Seems like we've got a new bootanimation!

Btw, new build up again. Will put this in changelog, but due to http://lineageos.org/Update-and-Build-Prep/ there will be no root baked into this ROM, I won't build with "export WITH_SU=true". If you want root, flash SuperSU.

Ok. 3.5.6 on seraph's latest build is having issues (or so claims my friend; was fine when I used it). I'm trying 3.5.7 with this ROM. You're no longer based on seraph's ROM are you?

No, I'm based on official sources now (as it says in OP btw).
dump question. But if I flash one of those https://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=3209863 will I flash firmware or just ROM. What is the firmware in this point (boot.img, modem, kernel ...)?
I flashed 3.5.6 some time ago and have no issues with 201701014 Version. Now I'll flah newest zip.

Ah ok, in this case you can try a boot from other rom of a same version.
Also I guess that the kernel was updated.
Same you can try other custom kernel but ever same version.
Miui boots don't match with AOSP roms.

I tried AOKP's boot.img with this rom. it wont boot. they are both 8.1 roms. aokp has linux 4.x kernel which seems stable with my vince. but dont like the rom.
I think my Vince has "static" processor which doesn't support any change in cpu frequency and dark age changes cpu frequencies.

There are roms that are builded with a specific kernel in order to work properly.
Did you see some updates in the kernel version? Or other dark ages version?
Also you can try a sort of "reverse engineering" tweak this kernel with some app.
