i am on stock MIUI 8.0.6.0 and when i start looking for update it tell nothing to update

Hi, I have installed Global MIUI version 7.3.3.0. After this I noticed that there is newer version of MIUI and tryied to update throught OTA but my phone didn't find new version. I thought that I could update it via recovery mode but this didn't work for me too. What is causing this problem for my Note 3?

can i flash it over miuipro 9.5.1.0 v6 / zcx? any precautions or steps i need to take?
yes you can flash it as any other rom.if your bootloader is officialy unlocked,you can switch back to custom rom at any time.if you want to go to pure stock miui you must flash it via mifash or flash older global stable and let updater do the update to latest version (to update bootloader,firmware,etc).good alternative are xiaomi.eu builds.
flash miui only if you have trouble with networks and need every bit of battery performance and if you can live without replying from notification (nougat and later feature,not present on any stock xiaomi or xioami.eu builds).
personally i've tried to go back to miui as i like it but i can't live without replying from notification,dt2w and other customisations present only on latest oreo roms.

after this upsate .. when I change theme it take some times then it back to default thems.

I got it from xiaomi update system
But the latest update is of 10.2.1 only

My Indian version Mi10 is with MIUI Global 12.0.3 Stable ROM.I have not unlocked the Bootloader and rooted the phone.Has the new Update been released now?When I am checking for it in Settings/About the phone by clicking on "Check for Updates",there is no response.So anybody please inform which is the latest official stable ROM?
