Try:
1. Uninstall My Day Off Xposed
2. Reboot
3. Install My Day Off Xposed through Play Store (do not restore backup)
4. Enable the module in Xposed installer
5. Reboot
6. Enable the feature in My Day Off Xposed
Also, note that using apps like XPrivacy, can cause problems.
If you use modded Play Store, or other piracy apps, it won't work at all.

This Mod is working perfect on my S3 Stock ICS.
I used to have a clumsy semi effective workaround with Tasker using macros to imitate button pushes. I abandoned that long ago. But this mod works great. Now Tasker can easily disable/enable Location preference at screen off/on without that daft popup consent notification.
Thanks MohammadAG
Thank you
Love this!!!
I find that having "Use Wireless Networks" causes a lot of NLP collector wakelocks, but I like using the functionality of Google Now and other apps that could utilize the network location.
I set up a Tasker Profile so that when I open Google Now, it enables the wireless network location. (normally that would make a prompt show up every time I open up google now, but this removes the prompt and makes it all work amazingly well.
Thanks a lot!!
What would be even better is if you were able to disable the background location polling...
NlpCollectorWakelock causes so much battery drain on my device (even though I don't have any apps that use network location in the background, this is strictly Google building out its databases) that I have to keep network location turned off.
Your module saves us from having to tap to agree when we turn it back on (or saves writing a Tasker script to do it automatically), but a fix for the underlying problem would be even better

How does it not work? This mod only maximizes your lockscreen widgets, similar to what would happen if you drag it downwards. Isn't that happening? Can you post a screenshot right after you turn your screen on?

Love this. Thanks a ton for making it. I like the location-based info from Google Now, but leaving this on all the time isn't necessary (like when I'm sleeping or at home.) So, I have Tasker granting location service access only when the screen is on. This way it can quickly grab my location then go the f**k back to sleep when I turn off the display.
Brilliant app!
Works for me
This works perfectly on a rooted LG Optimus G. I was pulling my hair out trying to find a solution for this. I made a tasker action to simulate a screen touch but that only works 30% of the time or so. Thanks!

Hello,I think i have found why the module don't work anymore whit android 4.4.The change is in the xposed framework that have changed the afterhookedmethod() with getextra() -- (And this module use exactly this method).I'm not a developer so i ask for someone to make this change. Here is the documentation for new method:

How to increase battery life by using greenify + xposed

This is a method by using greenify to help you identify and put the bad behaving apps into hibernation when you are not using them, stop them from battery leeching, memory hogging and stealthy running, in an elegant and unique way! They could do nothing without your explicit launch, while still have full functionality when running in foreground.
Combination of greenify and xposed function as prevent the apps from awake when your phone is in deep sleep mode. For apps like whatapps and viber, this method can set to hibernation mode so that phone more battery friendly. However, when there is a message, it still will give notification. Of course, it will delay few second.
Before you try this, remember that if you brick your phone, i WILL NOT responsible. However, i tried in note 2, galaxy wonder, nexus 7 GSM and galaxy s2 i9100g and all worked perfectly. Please DO NOT greenify alarm clock apps, instant messaging apps unless you never rely on them. Please be sure to verify the impact of greenified apps on which you heavily relies.
How to do this:
1. Download Xposed Installer.apk from http://dl.xposed.info/latest.apk . thanks to @rovo from http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1574401
2. install Xposed Installer.apk and open Xposed installer choose framework, click install/update. after it, reboot your phone!
3. Download and install Greenify_v1.95beta7 and Greenify (Donation)_2.1.. I know that greenify donation version is paid version. there is method to crack it but of course i cant share here. it is better to buy it to support the developer.
4. Open Xposed Installer and choose modules. you will see greenify, tick it and reboot your phone again..

"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
5. After reboot, open greenify and click menu button and you will see experimental features.
6. This is what you will see. Tick the 2nd (most important). You can try tick other also.
7. Finally and also last step, greenify the apps that you seldom use. Basically, apps like line, viber or whatapps which you seldom use it, you can greenify it. However, for the apps that you frequently use it, greenify it will only cause delay when opening it. So, think before you choose the apps to be greenify.
However, Not all apps use GCM as push mechanism, some apps create their own TCP connection for push in background service, thus can't benefit from this patch.
CAUTION: it is not work in all of the rom. For example, it does not work in miui.
This is the source for greenify apps.
Great tutorial, thnx.
Should we start discussion on what sys app can be greenified without any impact on phone functionality ?
It's probably worth adding xposed boot manager and receiver stop as well for ultimate battery life

[MOD][XPOSED][4.0+]AutoInstaller - No confirmation in PackageInstaller

This mod allows you to install an APK just by opening it (from file manager or any other app)
It provides a UI to allow you to disable this feature without disabling the module
You should only enable when using it to prevent accidentally installing viruses while on dodgy websites/apps etc
You can find the module attached or on the Xposed Repository
Planned Features
-Auto uninstall
-Automatically close installer window after installation completed
thanks to @pyler for fixing an issue with apps which have a lot of permissions
Note the module is disabled by default, not only do you need to enable in Xposed Installer (obviously) but you need to enable the module by launching it's UI
Source code on Github

Thanks mate for making this effort to prepare this module, really.
Just some issues,
The next automatically bypasses which is good, but still we have to click install and also after getting installed we still have to click on done/install to close the installer.
It will be great if we just click the apk file and the installation takes places in the background without bothering and a toast appears that the app has been installed.
Is it possible to modify this module as above.
But genuinely I appreciate your effort bro.

As soon as I tick 'enable' and leave and reopen the app, the tick is gone.
And it doesn't work on my phone. =/
Have you thought about adding a timer to the "enable" box? (eg: enable for 10/20/30 minutes then auto-disable)
Might help out in cases where people forget to disable after using and then end up getting force-fed an APK from an ad online or something.

Is that latest beta?
Go for the stable one or turn the greenify access ability from setting.
Same here, I've been having an issue with Greenify Auto-Hibernation being stopped, and I can't figure out why. I made sure it is removed from Amplify, I whitelisted it in Power Nap, but I even turned off Power Nap to try and stop it, and I have it set as a Device Admin and Accessibility Services are activated. I'm rooted, using boost mode, xposed enabled. I did notice that it started not that long after switching to a 5.1.1 port from a Kit Kat ROM, is there any trick to make it work on LP that I'm not aware of?

What issue? Some random dude and a few friends had a problem 15+ months ago while tens/hundreds of thousands use auto hibernate without issue. Such 'problems' are almost always confined to an individual device and usually self inflicted.
Best practice is to try the latest Greenify build, carefully document behavior if not to expectations and provide logs when requested.
I've found that it won't work for devices that have a password lock screen.
Problem solved!

Greenify unable to use Accessibility service post Android 12L update

Hello Team,
I am having greenify donate version and been using it since very long. But recently post updating my pixel 6 pro with March Update (Android 12L) app has stopped working. App is able to open each targeted application's configuration window but unable to click/process force close option. If we manually click it then it will proceed with next app but same again getting fail to force close it.
Please help me sort this out or will it need a new app version to be launched?
Having the same problem since the update in March. Haven't been able to fix it no matter what I've tried.
I thought I was doing something wrong. I picked up a Pixel 6, currently running Android 12, SP2A.220405.004. I redownloaded Greenify and the donation package from my library, and I can't get it to work properly.
It will open App Info, and the screen might flash a few times, but eventually the screen returns to Greenify and nothing has been terminated.
If I click Force Stop myself, I'll be asked to confirm on the pop up, then the screen will move to the next App Info window. I repeat the process, and usually the automation will pause here for a couple seconds before resuming. During the entire half-automated process of closing apps, it seems Greenify has to pause every two (sometimes three) App Info windows and gather it wits about it.
Very frustrating. I'm really hoping there's a answer soon.
I'm using Android 12, SP2A.220405.004 and using greenify fine by using terminal systemizer and put into system app
I got the same issue on my pixel. I recommend you to uninstall Greenify and try this perfectly working alternative.
Hibernator:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.tafayor.hibernator
Same here on Android 12L revision 5.
When the automatic hibernation process is left, it doesn't work.
Else, if I pull down the notification panel and pull up it again while hibernation is in progress, it works. However, it must be done one at a time.
There are no attachments for this case.
Sorry.
I'm also facing the same issu in android 12L.
greenify cannot force close apps. it stucks.
I request the developer to please make it compatible for 12L.

Funny part is if I setup Hibernator app, then greenify starts working

It's clear that A12 needs more than one app with Auto Hibernation active, to let Greenify work.

So, you mean that installed hibernator app, then greenfy will work again in android 12L ? Thanks
Can someone explain what to configure exactly in both Hibernator and Greenify to get the proper force closes?
I haven't been able to reproduce this myself. I'm on Android 12, OnePlus 8T
This is happen because A12L/A13 don't allow some permissions for recently Greenify app (4.7.8+).
The installation is out of Play and app is "not verified" by Play Store.
Latest version from Play is 4.7.5 since 2019.
INSTRUCTIONS to fix permissions on early Greenify versions:
1. Install Greenify and Donation Pack from Play Store (4.7.5).
2. Grant root access for Greenify on KSU/Magisk.
3. Download and install (update automatically older version) Greenify 5.0 (search .apk on Google, uptodown and sourceforge).
3. Go on Android Settings and apply all permissions:
Settings > Apps > Special Apps Access
- Device Admin Apps > Greenify Automator: turn on
- Display over other apps: Allowed
- Device & App notifications > Allow notifications access: Allowed
- Usage access: Allowed
- Turn screen On: Allowed
Settings > Accessibility
- Greenify Automated Hibernation: turn on
Open Greenify app and finish the settings on app.
Shallow Hibernation isn't working, don't enable it.
Enjoy.
