Is there a way to view the flash counter without root?
My usb slot is damaged so I used Mobile Odin to flash back to stock so I can send it for repair, but I stupidly forgot to reset the flash counter. I did reset it a while ago but can't remember if I flashed since then so I just need to check because I am unable to use triangle away because I can't root without usb working. Thanks

Boot to download mode, (Vol down, Home and Power) and it will tell you in the top left of the screen (if it all says official, it's fine, if it says you have a custom binary (count: x) x = how many times you flashed then it will need a reset.
I am in exactly the same situation - USB port not reliably keeping a connection, so I used Mobile ODIN to reflash a stock ROM, and I also forgot to reset flash counter. I have a custom binary count
What can I do?
EDIT:
Managed to get the USB to work long enough to use S3 Toolkit to root - phew!
I currently have this under download mode:
Product Name: GT-I9300
Custom Binary Download: No
Current Binary: Samsng Official
System Status: Custom
Does it means I am back to stock condition and if I were to bring to Samsung centre it is safe?

No, system status must bee Official too.
I am in a similar situation. My usb works, but I would like to find out how to reset the counter without a root. I tried using Triangle away but it requires root access. I rooted today to try to install (unsuccessfully) google wallet. The google wallet installer soft bricked my phone and I had to reset everything. My official software is back (unrooted now with official system status) and I iust wa t to make it like nothing ever happened.
you cannot reset it without root

root again, reset, flash stock ROM, the usual procedure, without root, otherwise no way to reset the counter as @Glebun said.

kingroot 4.8.0 does work. it worked for me. I too got that frp lock before, but the latest kingroot can root the device. the first time it may say root unavailable, but on second attempt it should root your device, however it will trip your knox counter

If you have your stock firmware you should be able to reflash it with Odin.

Get the tablet in download mode and flash TWRP for your device and install a custom ROM, I am assuming you get PARTITION fail in Odin i had that before so i flashed TWRP put it back in download mode then tick "Re-Partition" in Odin and flash a stock ROM. Or just flash a custom ROM found in the XDA Tab 2017 sub in TWRP.

Re-Partition is in Odin under options but FRP is more serious it's like Android version of the middle finger to put it bluntly. But you can try this: http://www.samsungsfour.com/tutoria...ock-on-samsung-galaxy-android-smartphone.html or https://android.imyfone.com/remove-frp-lock/how-to-remove-google-frp-lock-on-any-phones/
Ok, so, my device is Samsung Galaxy J7 2017 (SM-J730F) it is frp locked. I wanna install stock firmware with ODIN to remove it but I have two questions
1 I don't know what firmware and what combination file I should use
2 What happens if I install some other firmware (for a different country for example) but for my (SM-J730F) model?
thanx
1.To remove frp lock you just have to input your pattern lock (fingerprint, code etc.) and then remove your google account.
2.For your second question I don't know much.
I suspect even after installing stock firmware, FRP persists.
