Unofficial LineageOS 14.1
Some of you already know me about the project "Unofficial Temasek for bacon" but, since his departure, there will no longer be temasek version 7.x so, I decided to make my own personal project and contribute to the oneplus community with an unofficial version of LineageOS 7.1.1
My goal is to collect all the code, used in previous and newest versions, and create a ROM focused on performance and stability.
For this I will follow the work of some developers (active and inactive) such as @Temasek @Arter97, @Sultanxda and other Roms like AICP, Durty Unicorns, SlimRoms, Crdroid etc...

SafetyNet is actually not why Android Pay doesn't work because it's easy to pass SafetyNet using Magisk. It allows you to add cards but you can't pay at a terminal for other reasons. We have a thread about it here. https://forum.xda-developers.com/oneplus-one/help/android-pay-cm14-1-t3504989/

This is the patch file for Emoji Symbols, Adblock, Malayalam Language Support.
Flash it via CWM 6.x
You have to download the above specified zip files.
Copy them to your phone's SD Card.
Turn off your phone
Go to recovery mode (ClockWork Recovery) (Home screen button + Power button)
If you are on Stock Recovery, You've to flash CWM 5.x before installing this ROM.
We appreciate to BACKUP your Current ROM before moving to next step
Select install zip from sd and select the CWM Advanced Edition 6 zip file & Confirm the action
Go to Advanced >> Reboot Recovery
Now you are on CWM Advaced Edition 6 by PhilZ
Wipe Data/Factory Reset >> Clean to Install a New ROM >> Confirm the action
Install Zip >> Choose zip from /storage/sdcard0 >> Select the ROM zip file >> Confirm the action
Back to Recovery main menu >> Reboot System Now.
Now you are successfully rebooted to KitKat. The First boot will take about 4-5 minutes. So wait until you'll see 'Welcome'
Go to Settings >> About phone >> Build number
Tap 4-5 times there, and you'll enable Developer Options
Back to Settings main menu and Go to Developer options >> Check 'Advanced reboot'
Long Press Power Button to Power menu >> Choose Reboot >> Recovery
Now you're again on CWM 6
Install Zip >> Choose zip from /storage/sdcard0 >> Select the GApps zip file >> Confirm the action
Back to Recovery main menu >> Reboot System Now.
Please wait until Android is upgrading...
Now Taste the KitKat!

By the way, you can install CronMod INT2EXT4 on CWM 6+ withou problems, all you need to do is mount everything in CWM section "mounts and storage" (/system, /data, /cache, /storage/sdcard0, and /sd-ext) before flashing CronMod. I did it and now I have 650MB of internal storage

These builds are based on CM-13.0 with features cherry-picked from many sources including CyanogenMod, AICP, AOKP, Durty Unicorns, Slimroms, @Sultanxda, @jgcaap, etc... FAQ's & General Tips
Should I use Uber or Linaro version? What is the difference between them?
* First you should read THIS
* Then you should try both and draw your own conclusions and see which one meets your needs
I have to flash recommended firmware and gapps or I can use my preferred ones?
* Recommended firmware and gapps are there because they where tested by me and have zero issues/bugs/drains but you can flash whatever you want, just don't report any bugs you find because I will ignore them
How format Data/Cache partitions to F2fs?
1. Make nandroid backup with TWRP (In case something goes wrong and you want to revert)
2. Backup all internal storage (sdcard) to USB pen drive
3. Put ROM/Firmware/Gapps on USB pen drive (It can be the same you used on step 2
4. Now reboot recovery and do a factory reset
5. Wipe all partitions (System, Cache, Data, Dalvik/Art)
Format Data ( Including internal storage)
1. Check the box for "data"
2. Tap "change or repair file system"
3. Tap "Change file system"
4. Tap "F2FS"
5. Swipe the button
Use the same method for "Cache"
You can now flash your ROM as usual but, since you wiped your internal storage, you have to use pen drive where is all needed files
Can I flash custom kernel on this ROM?
* Again, you are free to flash custom kernels on this ROM but don't report any bugs you may find
GPS not accurate or slow fix satellites
* Use FasterGPS to configure your gps.conf
Problems with battery not charging or drain to fast.
* Calibrate your battery by let it discharge completely and do a full charge without interruptions. It must calibrate after 2/3 cicles
How to dirty flash new gapps?
1. Using file explorer navigate to system/addon.d
2. Delete file that says gapps example "70-gapps.sh, 80-gapps.sh, 82-gapps.sh"
3. Flash new gapps in recovery

Android Ice Cold Project
AICP is known by everyone as the "Ice Cold Project" that started on a Desire HD years ago (2012) and since then evolved into a mature ROM with the BEST community you can find!!!
Until Lollipop, the Rom has always been based on AOKP. Unfortunately, since AOKP stopped development (but made a comeback later), we changed our base to CM when it comes to hardware, drivers and some features.
With the rebrand of CM to LineageOS we are now actually LineageOS based with some tweaks from AOSP.
If there are any bugs, either we will sort them out or the LineageOS team will if it concerns their code base. This rom isn't LineageOS supported, so no need to report errors or bugs to them!!

The ROM should contain everything you need to enjoy Android Oreo. You don't need to install any Add-Ons, simply download the latest ROM, GApps, flash it and go!
If you want the device to run the ROM "rooted", you can flash a root solution of your choice after the ROM zipfile.
It is STRONGLY recommended to fully wipe your device before flashing, and if possible avoid restoring system apps and system data with Titanium Backup as this can cause stability issues that are very hard to debug.
If you believe you know what you're doing - then fine, go ahead, but please don't complain if you experience any strange behavior.

To be able to compile the kernel with linaro-7.3 toolchain you have to apply >this change< to the kernel.

What is the best performing rom for games ?
I only yesterday installed RR Oreo, but it's awesome too have options, have always loved aicp since lollipop, have still kept their last LP BUILD. Soon I will try this also

I installed AICP O last night and just checked for you in star wars Commander I have the same sounds distortion as some of the other Oreo builds. I know I have had at least one Oreo build that did not have the sound distortion but I apologize this is the 4th Oreo build I have installed so I can not remember which.
Reporting in on a N910T just installed last night and experienced one reboot while my phone was installed my Google backup of apps.
The best rom for gaming....

Well, Of all the ones that I have tried, the kyubi is the best for games, but, I had to touch the kernel a bit because of overheating issues

I would love to find that build, the roms de oreo for me are the fastest, but anyway I will try to find that build
So far I really like this rom. I did have to reboot twice in the beginning to get the sim working but since then it has been a solid connection. No random reboots, camera, bluetooth, (device only) gps all seem to be working well, no complaints.

I started your guide on how to build lineage several hours ago and currently have a lineage rom building (fingers crossed). If I want to build this rom instead, is there any way to make use of the lineage source that's already synced to my laptop or is it necessary to have a separate folder for each different aosp rom? I don't know if I'm explaining my question very well, lol. anyway thanks for the rom.

If I want to build this rom instead, is there any way to make use of the lineage source that's already synced to my laptop or is it necessary to have a separate folder for each different aosp rom? I don't know if I'm explaining my question very well, lol. anyway thanks for the rom.

Thanks a lot for the logs. You have to "repo init" each ROM in different folders.. lots of repos (between LineageOS and AICP) are the same but I'm not sure if it's possible what you want to do.. you'll have to modify the manifest.xml and manually (script) symlink the common repos. I don't know.. never thought about it and never tried.. so I have no idea if it's actually possible. I just have the whole source for each ROM.
