I've had the watch for about two weeks and have a major problem - one serious enough for me to stop wearing the watch. If you slide down the screen on the watch it switches the photo to "Do not disturb" mode. I'm finding this happening just from normal wear, and missing important phone calls. On the other side, the watch touching my body when I move when sleeping has done the opposite and turned of Do not disturb mode, so I get woken up by message beeps during the night.
I've searched through the settings and can't find any way to disable this "feature" - or at least require some form of confirmation. Any ideas?

I disabled gestures for the time being as this was happening to me. Its a poor design to be able to activate/deactivate with two wrist movements

Within the last week my phone stopped working all the time when it's sitting on your desk with the screen off and you move your hand over it to get the Quick Glance preview. It doesn't work more often than it does. Rebooting sometimes helps getting it working again but not for very long.
When making phone calls the screen does turn off when I hold it up to my ear but once the call is over and I remove it from my ear, it doesn't turn back on anymore. This always happens since the problem started.
Also, I decided to open up the samsung gallery app (I rarely use it since I like QuickPic better) to see if the gesture of swiping your hand above the pictures would still advance to the next one and it does.
Any idea what might be causing this to happen?
Having a issue where sometimes voice command ceases to function but using the visualizer app the device is hearing loud an clear...
I've reset the watch yesterday an uninstalled all my wear apps an it was working fine then reinstalled mini launhcer, wear visualizer, battery stat watchface an partner app and thats all.
So woke up this morning and it will not respond to "ok google" again nothing updated on the phone over night (nexus 5 factory image 5.0)
Any idea what happened an what I should look through to figure out what is going on? This is my black titan one I got last friday the white gold one I got at black friday hasn't gave me one slight issue at all.
edit---
seams like a microphone sensitivity issue as the visualizer responds when I tap next to the watch in varrying degrees but seams its lost its sensitivity... any ideas?

In addition to this the screen turns off some times when left alone even though the option is set to always on.
The most annoying thing for me is that very often my watch doesn't vibrate for notifications any more. Sometimes it will, but some times it wont...
Has anyone else experienced this. If my jacket or shirt cuff gets even a little wet it turns the screen on and starts pressing buttons like crazy. I disabled gestures to try to prevent the screen from turning on but no matter what I do the screen will turn on by swiping. A slightly damp or wet cuff, or accidentally sliding across many other surfaces causes the screen to turn on. Is there a way to disable this? I feel like it is a source of annoyance that my screen is always turning on and off all the time unless i'm wearing a shirt that doesn't touch the screen at all. Super annoying.
This is my only major complaint with the watch thus far. Please help!
Thanks!
Jeremy
It's only 1 button, but I turned off motion and the screen only comes on if I press the button or get a notification
I also have had my motions off

Under Settings -> Motions -> I have both Wake-up gestures & Mute/pause off/deselected.
Of note I have the clock always on (Settings -> Style -> Clocks -> Clock always on) so the watch shows a grayed out simple time clock when screen is off. I just checked to see if the watch face will stay off if I turn off the "always on" and this seems to solve the issue.
However, to be honest I really like having the grayed out time showing because honestly it IS a watch and I want to be able to easily glance down and check the time. I still easily get a days battery out of the watch with the clock showing and I get annoyed if I have to "turn my watch on" every time I want to know the time and lets be honest, the motions thing sucks and I just feel like an idiot shaking my wrist around trying to get the clock to show....
Does anyone know of a work around for this?
Jeremy
Only other option is set the security pin
BAD ASS NOTE 4 + BAD ASS GEAR S

I totally agree! There should be an option to tick under settings to keep the touchscreen inactive while "Screen Always On" is active.
And it is supper annoying!
Hi,
I have this issue with my watch: sometimes I can light-up the watch by touching the display and most of the times this doesn't work. Is this a feature (when it works) or a bug (when doesn't work)?
Thank you!
Just few seconds after your screen goes off, it would get back on by tapping on screen. In other cases you couldn’t make it on by tapping.
I just hop on this thread about screen light.
I trying to find the setting to turn off the screen while on running activity. I notice the screen is light on entire running activity until complete. I had already enable wrist lift option to turn on the screen when i need checking the running stats.
Anyway find the setting to turn it off or perhaps sleep mode. Thank you in advance.
There is no such option in Zepp yet. Hopefully they will add it, since screen-on is very battery-consuming.

You can turn it off by going into workout settings.
If you disable light on lift, touch to light up display will be also disabled. At least it happens on mine.
Been using my Pixel 6 for my daily driver since I received it after launch. Recently, I have had quite a bit of trouble with the phone screen waking in my pocket and calling random people or 911 (emergency services) or just filling the PIN unlock screen with random numbers. I believe the screen is interacting with the fabric of my clothing. I make sure to power off the screen before I put it in my pocket, and facing the screen outward instead of inward seems to make a bit of a difference. I have scoured the settings and can not find anything. The only other option I see is a full wallet type case that closes over the phone so there is no way anything can interact with the screen. This started happening with alarming frequency in April.
Am I missing something? Any suggestions on how to prevent this? Turning off wake from notifications?
Thanks in advance!

Sorry for not being able to add anything other than I too am experiencing this issue, exactly as described.
I think it could be the double tap to wake I wear jeans and don't have that problem but 8 am using a pixel 6 pro though
Same issue here.
Please use the feedback form in device settings -> about the phone to send the bug report to Google as well.
Thanks!
this never happened to me.
are you using screensaver? AOD? any kind of app which controls the screen on/off?
