LG E460 dead android robot - LG Optimus L3 II, L5 II, L7 II, L9 II

I tried the hard reset on my phone after getting infinite number of application stop errors that made my life a hell.
After hard reset I got the normal screen, but after short while home screen stop error.
Tried simple reset after that. But phone not start any more. It is blocked in Vodafone logo.
Also safe mode seems not to work. Blocked in showing safe mode message, without any other further action.
After that tried again factory reset. Here I get the dead android robot message.
I know it should be possible to get again to the factory reset menu from here. But how?
Would say it is something like follows:

What is to do here?
Thank you for the help

Random reboot, and can't factory reset

I just got my View 4G from 1saleaday.com a week ago, and it seems working fine for the first two days, but then it started to reboot by itself randomly, even when I let it idle. So I try the factory reset option, but then it just hang with a red ! in triangle screen. For the record, I didn't get it rooted or installing any custom ROM stuffs.
Then I get into the recovery screen, and it give me the option to wipe data and cache, but both are failed and keep saying can't mount something on E:.

The tablet still able to boot up, which I guess under the fast boot mode, but the random reboot just make it unusable. Not sure it is all related to the HoneyComb update or not, which is the first thing I did when I received my tablet.
Is there any thing I can do to fix it? Or my tablet is a defective unit and I should get it return?
Thanks for any help.
Tablet send back to seller for a replacement. Hope this solved the problem.

semi bricked nexus 9, error wiping cache/data/dalvik/system

so I cant seem to figure out whats going on with my 9. my 9 was rooted/unlocked, but no rom installed. I noticed I wasnt able to get into settings so I figured today was the day I would wipe everything and install a rom onto it. So I wiped the dalvik/data/cache/system, and i got assaulted with a wall of red text. so i tried booting back into the tablet, but now it just loads forever. I tried getting the log out of the tablet to show whats going on, but adb says no device is found when i try to interact with it. the best i could do is take a pic of the tail end of the wall of red text (theres a lot more) just to sorta show whats going on. It looks like a lot is still installed, but twrp cant get at it or something, but I'm not 100% sure. any advice?

Dell Venue 7840 brick of all bricks or not?

My trusty old dell venue 7840 decided to turn into a brick overnight.
I use this to control my drones, so its pretty important.
When i tuen it on, it goes straigt to the recovery screen.
The I get the dead android guy.
If I hit power and up volume I can get to the menu to perform certain items, but i will tell you "factory reset does not work at all".
I have read all of the threads about unbricking this, and have has zero luck. any attempt to reflash returns an error.
I have added some pictures, and as you can see. nothing has worked.
Is htis a brick for throwing or fixing? can anyone help???

S9+ keeps restarting, Encryption failed

hi, i want to try reviving my mothers phone. i don't know exactly what caused it.
it is s9+ (SM-G965F/DS) keeps restarting with the text “encryption failed. Unable to start up your device the encryption process was interrupted. You need to reset your device to factory default settings. This will erase all data.”
Although the "Reset" button below is greyed/can't perform reset as suggested.
i have tried "Wipe data/Factory reset" and doesn't make any difference
today i tried to update the firmware using ODIN to "G965FXXUFFUE1" from either "G965FXXS7DTB5" or "G965FXXU8DTC5" and still no luck
here is the video of phone keeps restarting
before i update the firmware, i notice there is clock and Bottom Navigation Bar. but now, no clock nor the Bottom Navigation Bar
and still, the "Reset" button greyed
is there any chance to fix this? i presume this is software issues
