Xperia U Problem - Turning WiFi causes instant Bootloop - Sony Xperia P, U, Sola, Go

Hello,
My Xperia U goes to a deep bootloop whenever the WiFi is on, and its a firmware independent matter, because i tried many versions of android systems stock and mods and the problem still exists.
its importent to note that the sim is not working aswell, so i'm running the device like a mp3 & mp4 player and some tweaks, and its doing fine until u miss-click the WiFi button and the boot-loop occurs.
Flashing the device will end the boot-loop until u turn the WiFi again and so on.

[q] wifi working again !!!!

I had the same wifi freezing issue in my galaxy S2 i9100..at first i simply cant turn on the wifi..i have tried all options mentioned here..finally i came to know the heat related issue that burned the register across wifi chip and bla bla..i have no wifi in my s2 for a month..last week i managed to dual boot my s2..surprisingly follwing things happened..
1.I can turn on the wifi only when battery level is below 10%..then it continues to work
2.Every morning i woke up it cant be turned on..and i tried to discharge the battery to below 10 % and then it connects..
3.Wifi only connects on Resurrection Remix ROM but not on Stock ICs which is my secondary Rom
4.If it is hardware issue..then why it connects now.
5.It connects and disconnects i use software like fix my wifi https://play.google.com/store/apps/d...lynx.fixmywifi
FXR wifi fix and rescue https://play.google.com/store/apps/d...1vcmVmaXhlciJd
Can someone helps me about this issue..why wifi connectivity is related to battery level and only connects to RR remix ROM??

Flash another Kernel or at least the same one again!
Wifi probs are most time related to kernel.

[Q] Bluetooth Problem in Xperia Neo L

Hello Freinds,
I have the major issue of bluetooth with my neo L.
Problem occured when I try to turn bluetooth ON, It force the device to restart and enters in bootloop.
I have stock rom and stock kernel and not-rooted.
Xperia Support suggest me to do factory reset the device.
I did factory reset and it works well after reset.
But after 2 weeks, the same problem happened again.
So, My point is that I have to reset it again and I have to configure my phone as per my use again and again..
It is very irritating.
Please give me any other option to solve the problem or fix it because i dont want to reset my phone, and it took 2-3 days to reconfigure my phone.
Please give me another solution as soon as possible,
Thanks,
Raaj

Hello Androidians,
All of you know about the "bluetooth bootloop" of Android ICS rom.
After using somedays, phone restarts on Boot Screen if you try to turn on Bluetooth.
After searching a lot and testing so many mathods, I've found an working one
Just boot in recovery mod and wipe delvik cache.
This will solve ur problem for sure.
Tested in Sony Xperia 2011 phones and and Neo L too.
If you persist the problem of bluetooth not getting turn ON, follow below procedure.
There is a app named "Bluetooth Fix Repair" on playstore.
Download & install the app from playstore
GooglePlay: Bluetooth Fix Repair
Run the app.
Tap on screen to FiX Bluetooth. thats simple.
now bootloop problem is solved. restart your device. turn on Bluetooth to check.
TADA....
Please Hit Thanks if you solve your problem.

[Q] Xperia U (Wifi turned 'ON' = boot loop)

Good day mates. I have a problem with my XU; whenever I turn on the Wi-Fi on my phone, it gets stuck on a boot loop. May it be on a stock ROM or a custom ROM (ICS, KK, et al.) I've yet to try GB.
I've read several threads in XDA and Google about this and no one has provided a fix or a diagnosis. There is quite a lot of issues like mine not just on the Xperia U, but other Xperias as well. Could this be a hardware problem? Does anyone know where can I locate the file responsible for WiFi so it doesn't get turned on accidentally and having to reflash the whole ROM again?
Thanks fellow XDA members for your future responses!
Finally fixed this weird WiFi bug. I just flashed stock GB. At first when I turned on WiFi, it showed 'Error', but when i tried it again, it turned on, and Bluetooth also worked fine!
Then I thought if I flashed stock ICS and/ir flashed a KK/LP custom ROM, the bug may return. But fortunately, it did not. Hurray for GB firmware! Hope this fix will help others. )

Numerous seemingly unrelated issues

I've been having many software issues with my M4 E2303, ll try make this as short as possible:
I keep on having issues with every firmware I flash. A problem will go away after flashing, but a different one will pop up.
Please note all these firmwares are STOCK.
Issues include:
- Very poor wifi signal (Marshmallow ONLY)
- Wifi "freezing" (Seems like a wifi driver crash) (Lollipop only, fixed after reflash)
- OS Crash with soft reboot (lollipop, happened alongside previous wifi freeze, is still occurring on new firmware)
- Bluetooth not function (seemingly fixed)
The issue im currently experiencing is the OS crash, which occurs randomly with no discernible cause.
From what I can see, flashing with flashtool may well install a new OS, but it seems like it doesnt completely remove elements of the previous firmware. Is there any way I can flash and make sure all my system files are completely replaced by the new firmware?
UPDATE:
I installed stock android 5.0 and booted successfully, WiFi had an issue. I turned off the phone to let it charge and.... it won't turn on. Gets stuck in a infinite bootloop from which I cant recover. I've flashed it twice with different firmwares on the Xperia Flashtool and used the PC companion to do a software repair twice. Still dead... Left it overnight turned off and booted it in the morning, reached the purple waves and froze. Thats the furthest its ever got into a boot.
Don't soft reboot the phone, it's not recommended
Well my phone is actually Rebooting it self for no reason RANDOMLY i don't know why but it happened to me more than 5 times
