Only issue now is whenever the screen is turned off, the lockscreen would be all black until i reboot the phone but again if the screen turns off black again. Been trying to replace it with Blinkfeed 7 which has the native new sources instead of sense 8 news republic provided news any help would be appreciated, two logs i did below

Hi, I'm new in here and not able to reply any post in <[ROM][KH3] Batista70 3.7.6 | 07-09-2011 | Jkay 9.1 |+++Battery Save UPDATE+++> , so I hope someone can assist me on this matter.
I just flashed to Batista 3.7.6 in yesterday and I noticed a strange behavior of the home screen. The moment after I successful load this ROM for first time, it comes with 7 Home Screen by default.
So I keep the two home screen and remove the rest, then reboot my phone and later that I noticed that the system restore back the Home Screen from two to seven! Did a few reboot and check again (with one or two home screen), problem still remain the same --> It become seven Home Screen again!
I did ask my friend who have the same ROM as mine, he also experiencing this problem. Is there any way to fix this issue?
Thank you.
My Droid 3 running steel droid 4.5 began bootlooping a couple of days ago. I don't think it's an actual bootloop though because sometime I manage to get to the lockscreen and am able to unlock my phone. However, I can't do anything after unlocking my phone because the screen is black and is unresponsive unless I get a text via handscent messenger.
I have feeling that one of my apps is making it crash because the screen is black. I am using GO launcher with wallpaper changer. Also for some strange reason I don't have the option to do a nandroid recovery even though I have a nandroid backup on my SD. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I can do aside from a factory reset?
I started using Go Launcher and Go Locker sometime back on my HTC Desire S (Android 2.3.5, Sense 3).
Previously when a new SMS arrived, the screen would light up and show the message on the locked screen, from where I could send a "Quick reply" without unlocking the phone or going into the SMS app (using Handcent).
After applying Go Launcher and Locker, the screen does not light up when an SMS comes, though the notification sound and the LED blink is still there. So i need to unlock the phone and then reply, if needed.
Also previously when listening to audio, when I pushed the Volume up or down button, the screen remained off, but with these apps now the screen lights up when using the Volume buttons.
Others also having similar issues? Any way to change these settings ?
Thanks
anyone ?
Hi xda devs,
Just got into the rooting scene and am using a rooted Verizon gs4 using the exact instructions listed in the rooting thread. After I rooted it last night, it was working fine. I installed titanium to make backups of what I needed, and proceeded to uninstall a few bloatware apps.
I turn off the phone, go to sleep, wake up an hour ago and turn on my phone. I notice the clock isn't showing up on the unlock screen (stock, no password protect), and the lense flare isnt showing up when I slide to unlock. The screen doesn't unlock the first few times, but when it does, I get the error message "unfortunately, gallery has stopped". When I go to the gallery app, lt hangs for a few seconds, my home screen turns black (notification bar is still still there) and then it reloads with the error message.
Anyone else had this error? And if so, how to fix it?
After a bit of searching, i found and decided to install a different gallery app from the play store. I can access my images now, but I cant apply images as lock screens/home screens. It seems to work for the time being, but hopefully the guys who know about this (hopefully I'm not the only one) are working on a fix. The app is a ice cream sandwich knockoff, but I happen to like the stock jelly bean gallery better.
also, just wanted to point out that the lens flare/time/date disappearing only happens on power on, after phone has been booted up, it returns. The gallery stopped working message only happens on power on and when i try to access the app.
Here is my problem, I have atom launcher installed on Motorola Razr I , but no matter what app im running I can see in the bottom of my phone screen parts of the original homescreen , with the shortcuts and all, plus I can see the little circles of the screen lock, but veeeery transparent , still annoying as hell. The phone is not that old and the problem started like 4 months ago, but only now I decided to search for an answer.
Any ideas how to.get rid of that?
