Hi there,
I have a lenovo p780 that came with vibe ui 2.0. It was pretty hard to root so I looked for prerooted roms with recovery.
I flashed MIUI v4.4.2_P780_CN_5.11.13_for_FT. From this post:

And then: minovo_NOTE_7.1.5_CN from the same post.
Now I have a couple of problems...
Phone storage is 98mb and, in the default rom explorer there is nothing to show, not phone storage or sd card. Trough PC I can navigate trough both but as I said, phone storage is 98MB.
I think i messed something trying to solve a couple of errors from twrp while flashing:
Unable to mount/emmc
Unable to mount/data
Unable to mount storage
....
I fixed this changing system image from vfat to ext 4 on some of them. Now there's no error message but I'm facing this problem.
Also, camera doesnt work properly, I checked some thread about the fix but I didnt find any working link.
EDIT: Now camera says "Insert sd card first", when it used to say "Cant get connected to camera" this is wierd. In other ocassions it says "Unable to intiate camera". I think all MIUI roms have a problem with camera, when I had vibe 2.0 ui (2 days ago) it was working so I dont think it is a hardware error.
EDIT 2: Also, I lost my IMEI in the process (yes, my bad) and now I cannot repair this issue because "CDS Information" is blocked in MobileUncleTools.

the problem starts here, when i switch on my phone, it stuck on CyanogenMod, i restart my phone so many time but that wont help me, so what i did was i format my phone from bootloader.
so new problem appear again
I'm having problem with my EXTERNAL MEMORY. this is not SD CARD since HTC Sensation Xl DOES NOT have memory card slot. it's HTC Sensation XL 16GB.
my problem is everytime i enter camera and gallery, it says "No external storage available" then my whatsapp also cannot download images and videos. then when i go to storage, it shows only internal memory available, it does not shows the External one, it seems like the external memory is not inserted.
i already restart my phone so many times but still this wont help to solve the problem. then i go to recovery, then i tried to mount sdcard, but it said "cant mount Sdcard" then i tried to format sdcard but failed since the sdcard cannot be mounted.
then i try to connect my phone through USB to my computer, but i cant even read the sdcard, theres no notification that my phone is connected through USB. but its connected already. lol. so confused.
if i cant connect through USB, then how can i solve this problem? how can i flash a new rom? how to downgrade my phone since i hane read from most of the forums that the only way to solve is downgrade the phone to stock. but i cant even connect it through USB to put the rom.
im just telling this if this can help you.

have you solve the problem yet? I also have the same problem..my XL couldn't mount sd card & after i factory reset it then i stuck in the boot screen.
Anyone here can help??

boot into Recovery
-> Connect your HTC SXL to your PC
Go to "mount USB Storage " and sty in this menu, now the PC have to format the SD-Card -> But please look that it only show you the 8 GB free space (SD-Card). I know that Windows can show you only this one but with linux it is able to format everything.
So i had formated the SD-Card
-> Download CM
-> Download Gapps
Copy on the SD-Card
Reboot to Recovery
-> Install ZIP from SD-Card

These days I can't get my phone connected to my pc neither mounting my sdcard. I tried that even through my recovery, in vain ( I've got TWRP Recovery & root).
I got alcatel x'pop 5035d. I tried a fresh install with One touch upgrade, a backup with flashtools. Can't recognize my phone ( ps: I got all drivers installed and fine since I tried that before. )
Then i'm stuck with the annoying unkown device from windows, unable to mount my sdcard, and even a factory reset didn't change a fact.
I hope you can help me to figure either is a hardware or a software problem, and help me get through this problem.

My SD card is fine and readable by my phone.. im just wondering is there any solution to get my phone connected to pc because when i do it only keeps charging..
Fixed using Stickmount [root required].
I got this problem after try several N custom roms, but never faced this before. I've tried to format the sd-card from device as portable storage but it's stuck at 20% then appears error notice (as seen on the pict. no.1), so does with "format as internal storage" with longer time (picture no.2).
Tried back to my stock rom (Kitkat) but my sd-card still not supported.
As a note, my sd-card reads fine on pc and other device as fat32. Some other sd-card works fine on my device and the other same as mine, unssuported.
I've tried many way such mini partition tools, etc.
My sd-card is unmounted/unreadable by Aparted nor TWRP.
Wish someone knows the meaning of the error toast notif at the attachment and could help me.

Good Evening.
I have oneplus one and I use it for experimental purposes. Yesterday I flashed Lineage OS 17 (andriod 10). It was working fine as I was trying to get Sony Music and Dolby App. After learning my issue could be solved by "Fix Permissions" in twrp, I ran FIX PERMISSION but after that My phone went blank. No photos no video no music no apps neither in File manager or PC. It was only showing the occupied space but whenever i open the file manager I got the message "nothing to show here" I cant download anything. It says "please insert the sd card or limited storage issue". I connected to a laptop but not showing anything there too. However When i mount internal storage from twrp it shows everything.(both in phone and PC). I tried Wipe, clear cache , Factory reset, Hard reset, Fix Permission again, Even re flashed but all in vain.
Kindly tell me what should I do.
